Fun Reading教学设计
教学目标:
1.通过阅读故事来复习怎样写生日贺卡怎样邀请别人参加生日聚会以及生日聚会上的常用语。并能够运用所学语言来描述本课Mimi的生日聚会及相关活动。
2.通过对比加拿大和澳大利亚两国圣诞节的不同来了解地球上不同国家和地区的四季变化各有特点。并灵活运用此知识来判断不同地方的季节。
学情分析
本班大多数学生基础较好,接受能力强,乐于参与课堂互动环节。本话题对于学生来说是复习巩固并归纳,学生对这个过生日这个话题非常感兴趣。一些相关的英语表达也比较熟悉
重难点:
能用所复习知识在真实语言环境中流利地表达自己的想法和感受。书写生日邀请卡掌握生日聚会常用语;了解各地气候不同及其原因。
难点:生日贺卡的书写及生日聚会常用语的表达
Warming up 教师展示Mimi写贺卡的场景与学生交流。
T:Today I am very happy, because today is my daughter's birthday. Look at Mimi she is also very happy, do you know why? Ss: .... T: Mimi's birthday is coming, what will she do? Ss: she is going to have a birthday party. she is writing an invitation card.
引出故事主题

Reading
Read the story and answer the questions 教师提出阅读前的问题
1.

4.What will they do at the party? 请学生阅读故事讨论以上问题,然后以小组为单位写一张邀请卡。想象自己的生日即将到来,你想邀请Mimi来参加你的生日聚会。
Presentation
学生上台展示自己给Mimi的生日邀请卡。在展示过程中让学生们复习邀请别人参加生日聚会的日常用语以及日期时间和地点前介词的使用。在听别人展示邀请卡时,让学生们找出语言表达中的语法错误。生日邀请卡作为给Mimi的生日礼物贴到黑板上的生日蛋糕上。
然后大家一起为Mimi唱生日歌。以下是学生会写出的句型。
