Unit 5 Family Activities

本节课上课内容为人教版小学英语第五单元第一课时。人教版英语（一年级起点）这套教材以学生为本，结合生活中常见的场景，激发学生的兴趣，培养学生学习英语的积极态度以及初步运用英语进行日常交流的能力。并在交流中形成一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础。本节课是人教版小学英语第5单元Family Activities 的第一课时。这一课时主要围绕家庭活动开展，能够听懂、会说并用What is he/she doing?.来询问他人正在做什么，并能正确回答他人的提问，成了本课的重难点。

三年级的孩子有一定的语言基础，对游戏、竞赛、表演特别感兴趣，求知欲也比较强，但是年龄还是较小，教师需要不断鼓励让学生更加积极的参与到课堂上。

1、技能目标：

听：能够听懂有关家庭活动课程的7个短语。

说：能会说家庭活动的7个短语，并询问他人是正在做什么，并做出回答。

读：能正确朗读语音词汇，能说唱本课的歌谣；

写：能正确是书写本课单词。

2、知识目标：

词汇： cooking dinner listening to music walking the dog cleaning the room watching TV watering the plants feeding the dog

句型: What is he/she doing?

He/She is.........

3、情感、文化、策略目标

感受到英语学习的乐趣；

能在小组活动中和他人共同完成学习任务；

通过本课学习明白要帮助家人做一些简单的家务活。

1.能够听懂、会说有关家庭活动的短语。 2.能够用已经学过的功能句What is he/she doing?来询问他人正在做什么,并能够用He/She is......回答他人提问

设计意图

Step 1: Warm-up Activity 1

Have Ss look at PPT and He/She can..... answer my question what Step 2: Review can he/she do ? Activity 2 T:What can she/he do?

通过复习上个单元的旧知对本堂新知识进行引入。

Step3:Presentation Activity 1.Main scene: 1.（T Show Ss a text picture.）

Give ss two questions: Who’s home is it? What is Andy doing? What is Andy’s sister doing?

2.play the flash,have ss look at it.then invite ss to answer my Qs.

3.T:1.(point to grandmother)and ask who’s she?

2.What is she doing? 3.Look at the flash again.

4.T shows a picture.ask ss What is she doing? 5.Repeat the same steps above other phrases.

Eg.walking the dog watering the plants. 6.T point to some food on the Bb.and say What is Chris doing?

出通过观察图片及提问的方式为新知学习做铺垫。同时，让学生借助情境图，初步感知本课词汇

2.Game:Fast Reaction (T read the phrase,if read right,ss follow the T o read.If read wrong,ss should keep silence. 3.Have ss read the phrases together.

4.Guessing Game (Have ss look at the pictures on the Bb,and guess what are they doing?,then they can get stickers from the picture.

5.Play the chant again.

6.practice the main sentences with their partners.

“快速反应”的方式练习本课的新短语。

说唱歌谣，让孩子在唱歌中整体感知及复习本课新短语

教师通过游戏遮住图片猜一猜活动制造信息差，激发学生探求知识的兴趣。

同桌之间练习本课的重点
