【教材理解】本套教材以学生为中心，以主要人物的活动为主线，围绕最常用、最基本的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等，逐步展开教学内容，符合中小学生的年龄、心理特征和语言教学规律，具有很强的科学性。本课的主要话题是Christmas tree。学生要能够描述出装饰圣诞树的步骤，并熟悉一般过去时，一般现在时和一般将来时在真实情景中的运用。

【学情简介】六年级学生活泼机灵，已经有了很强的逻辑思维能力，要本着三维目标，加强对学生的听说读写训练，以多输入、多接触为主，使学生始终保持学习外语的兴趣和学习外语的信心，使英语学习变得“既容易又有趣”。

【教学目标】1、能够听懂、会说、认读并书写下列词汇：then,tomorrow,put up等。能够正确听说认读使用句子： I am going to do...以及与put相关的固定搭配的用法。

2、在对话交流中让学生养成用英语交流的习惯，培养学生良好的语音语调语感。

【教学重难点】重点：学生能够在复述Li Ming和他的朋友如何装饰Christmas tree的同时，自己想如何装饰Christmas tree,让学生感受中外文化的差异。

难点：一般过去时，一般现在时和一般将来时的正确使用。

【教具准备】录音机，各类卡片，卷子。

【教学过程】

Step 1. Lead in

Free talk

T: Good morning,boys and girls.It’s very glad for me to see you guys here.I am not familiar with all of you.So I want to ask some of you a few questions. What’s your name and how are you?

S1: My name is ...and I am happy.

T: How did you get to school today?

S2:I .....

T: What’s your favourite subjects?

S3: My favourite subject is....

T:What is he wearing?

S4: He is wearing....

T: I have no time to say hello one by one.But I am very happy to have this class with you. 简单的小互动让学生融入英语环境，放松心情，准备上课。

Step 2. Presentation 1. Watch a vedio,and think 2 questions,what’s the holiday? And what did you see in the video? T: Tell me what’s the holiday?

Ss:Christmas

T: What did you see in the video?

Ss:I see gifts,mouse, Santa,etc. T:Good.Did you see a big,green thing? Ss:yes,tree. T:Today we will learn something about Christmas tree. 2.First， I will show you some pictures about Christmas tree all around the world. 展示世界各地一些圣诞树的照片，最后展示一张家用圣诞树的图片。

问学生：What can you see in this picture? Ss:star,bulbs,etc. Tell the students: it’s hard to put up the tree like these,but we can put up a easy one. Let’s put up a tree together. 分为四个步骤，每一个步骤给出一些关键词，让学生通过关键词造出一个句子。用这种方法说出四个句子。

之后，read together. Give the students a few minutes.之后找一名同学上来，通过全班同学的描述，装饰圣诞树。（2名同学）难度升级，一名同学上来边装饰边说过程。

3.Listen to the tape. Read after the tape. 4.展示给同学buy的单词卡片，让同学在刚才的文章中，找出一个跟buy意思一样，但发音不同的词，引出bought.解释buy和bought的用法：Today I buy a tree. Yesterday, I bought a tree.

5.open your books,turn to page 59.让学生找出一个词，能够放在today这一列，并给出一个句子。罗列出所有现在时和过去时的词。以及将来时的用法。

Step 3 Practice Finish the text paper,and page 58 part 2. Step 4 Summing up Step 5 Homework 1. Make a Christmas tree by yourself,and write down the steps. 自己动手做一棵圣诞树，并写下步骤。

2. 填写下面的表格，以“我的昨天，今天，明天”为话题，回忆一下过去，评说一下现在，展望一下未来。
