Period: The first period (Part A: Let’s learn; Let’s do)

Aims and requirements:

1.学生需要掌握新单词:classroom, door ,window, blackboard, light, picture并且复习数字1-10.

2.学生需要掌握句型what’s in the classroom?并结合数字回答教室的物品.

3.结合Let’s do和游戏,学生能够根据老师指令做出与教室物品相关的动作并能够准确指出教室物品.

Visual aids: ppt; a tape-recorder; some cards and pictures

Teaching Procedures in Detail

Step 1 Warming - up and lead – in

T: Good morning, boys and girls. How are you today?

Ss:

T: I’m fine too. Would you like to listen to a song?

Ss:

T: Ok. Now, listen.

T: Who can tell me the name of the song?

Ss:

T: Yes, it’s “in the classroom”. Do you like it? Can you sing it?

T: Ok let’s sing after the tape.

Step 2 Presentation

T: Look, this is a new classroom. (在ppt上呈现单词classroom和classroom的图片.)

T: One door and three windows.

Step 3 Practice and games

Practice:

T:We just learned six new words. Now let’s listen to the tape three times.(用中文解释:听录音三次. 这里放的录音是let’s learn的) T: Ok, read after me .classroom-classroom. What’s in the…classroom.(这个句子比较长要说慢一点)

Ss:

T: Now read after me and do after me.

Door, door, open the door. (一边说一边做动作:先手指door的图片,说door. 再做开门的动作,说open the door.)

Ss:

用同样的方法教window, blackboard, light, picture

Game :

T:Now,do you want to play games?

Ss……..

T:Six students are in a group.(老师做分组手势)The first student asks the second student: “What’s in the classroom?”and points to the door. The second student answers: “One door ”and then asks the third student: “What’s in the classroom?” point ing to the windows, etc. (老师用中文解释一下)

T: You did a good job. Now I want two students to come here. Other students look at the ppt and speak out what you have seen. Step 4 Summary

Step 5 Homework
