Lesson 3 Nine to Five Teaching Type:

Reading

1. Knowledge goal:

Ss can learn about some new words and expressions related to the new lesson: turn over, overcome, grasp, inspect, pay off, commit, glory, constantly, hesitate…

Ability goals: 1) Ss can practise reading strategies about summarizing the main Teaching Objectives ideas of paragraphs. 2) Ss can improve reading ability by doing some exercises. 3. Moral goals: (1) Ss are able to know that the road to success is not so smooth. It needs curiosity, hard work, strong mind and many other factors.
