制定依据：

1、内容分析：本课时是《牛津英语》四年级第一学期第三模块第二单元内容的第二课时。它是在前一课的基础上继续围绕家周围的场所让学生用介词和there be句型进行问答、表述和介绍。

2、学生分析：

在学习本课前，学生已经学习了表示方位的介词，对there be 句型也不是很陌生，大部分学生已经掌握了一定数量的词汇、语法知识、日常交际用语，而且已经能在实际生活中运用这些词汇及句子进行简单的会话。本课时是在学生原有的基础上的进一步延伸。

由于除了英语课之外，学生尚缺乏说英语的环境，需要老师以滚雪球的形式不断地引导学生积极地参与学习，让他们体验学习的乐趣。考虑到学生比较易于在情景中掌握知识，因此本课设计了这周末Jill生日，想要请朋友来家玩的情境，在情境中引出设计一系列的教学活动，尽可能多地创造学生说的空间，培养学生说英语的自信和兴趣，提高语言运用的能力。
