Unit 11 学习了动物的基础上，进一步运用动物谈论自己和他人的宠物。通过对本单元句型的整合，本课时为第一课时，以Aki丢失了宠物为主线，鼓励学生到动物收容所帮助Aki找回宠物展开听说读写的训练，同时也为第二课时学习句型Whose

these?及Unit12课文作准备。本课涉及已学词汇颜色、身体部位和形容词，学生在本课中能充分地运用这些旧知识。

学情分析： 我校的三年级学生在二年级已经学习了

21 个辅音字母与

5 个元音字母的长短音的基本拼读规则，学生拼读单词的能力相对比较好，加上经过近两年的英语学习，学生已经初步具备了一定的英语基础。三年级学生活泼好动，对贴近生活的学习内容有强烈的兴趣，但他们毕竟是低年段学生，课堂注意力容易分散，所以，我们要设计形式多样的、有趣的活动，吸引学生的注意力，提高课堂教学效率。

教学目标：

（一）语言知识目标：

1、“四会”掌握单词:horse, mouse, mice,

small, long, tail, very。

2、能运用句型

They are ... . They have... .对动物进行详细的特征描述。

3、能运用句型Are

they your...?向别人确认是否他家的宠物及答语的运用Yes, they are./No, they aren’t.
