(一) 教学内容

1. 本课是Unit 2 Unit 2 My favourite season C story time

本课是故事板块，主要呈现的是Zoom和Zip一起陪伴来自澳大利亚的Koala在中国过圣诞节，体验中澳季节差异的故事。

(二) 学生分析

五年级的学生的学习动机不单单是教师的评价而产生了的，是他们自身对于问题的质疑，从而产生对知识的探究，这是自主学习产生强大的学习兴趣。我们的学生在自主学习、自我探究的能力还有待于提高的，但是比较欣慰的是我们的教师一直在此方面再做一直的努力。学生的思维总是在教师的引导下顺着教师的设计的思维去思考，因此学生的发散思维受到了束缚，所以对于一幅图所提示的信息不能很好的创生，这是我们教师应该努力的方向。

(三) 教学目标

让学生除了复习与巩固第一、第二单元核心句型：What do you usually do on…?Which season do you like best ? Summer.以及描述季节及活动的单词及短语以外，还可以通过图片和上下文理解新单词和句子：如beach, never, cheese Merry Christmas. Christmas is in summer inAustralia,so we never have snow for Christmas.培养学生识图的能力，自主学习的能力。学生通过这节课的学习能够产生知识的共享，对地理知识产生求知欲。

(四) 教学策略

教学方法：使用交际法，充分调动学生的积极性，积极参与到课堂教学中，通过师生互动，小组探究，小组表演的形式，完成各种任务，以达到完成教学任务的途径。

(五) 教学过程：

一、Warm up

T: Good morning, S：Good morning teacher. T: We have four seasons in a year , they are …

S:Spring \summer\ autumn\ winter

T: Which season do you like best ?

S1: I like summer best . T: Why ? S : Because I often go swimming .(划线部分由学生自己自主回答)

二、lead in:

T: Today ,I’ll tell you a story .First ,let me introduce a new friend to you . Do you know it ? （教师拿出考拉图片）Who can tell us something about it . Who is it ? Where is it from ?

S :..(学生回答不定，教师要随机反应) T：Its name is Koala .

It’s from Australia. (教师板书) 三、New content

T: What do you know from the picture? (教师展示第一张图片，引导学生观察图片找寻信息)，如：who are they ? Where are they ? What’s the weather like ? What holiday ? It’s in winter .It’s cold and snowy now .They are in China or at an airport . It’s Christmas now . (在此，教师给学生时间去培养学生识图的能力，学生可以展开丰富的想象，培养英语课上的发散思维，最后教师给出小提示) Tips : You can get some information from the picture . T: Yes , you know it’s Christmas now and what do we say on Christmas Day ? What do we usually do on that day ?

S: Merry Christmas! I usually make a snowman ,I often play in the snow …. T: （look at the whiteboard）What does Koala do on Christmas Day ? Read and find out the information. S: It usually goes to the beach and swim in the sea .

T: (教师板书) Yes ,he goes to the beach and swim in the sea .What’s beach ? Where is it ? Do you know ? Look at the picture carefully .（培养学生通过识图理解单词的意思）

S: 沙滩，海滩

T：On Christmas Day ,Koala can go to the beach and swim in the sea 。Can you go to the beach and swim in the sea ? （引导学生对于考拉能去游泳产生质疑）

S: No. T: Why ? Let’s look at this picture, find out the reason S: Christmas is in summer in Australia, so they never have snow for Christmas . T: Why? Who knows? Talk in your groups .Try to use English. You can speak in Chinese if you can’t S :… (学生回答不确定。教师要随机应变) T：Ok, look here ,this is a picture of world map .This is the equator ,China is here and Australia is

here . So they have different seasons . China is in winter, Australia is in summer …(通过介绍中澳地理位置的不同，引导学生了解中澳不同的季节) T：Do you want to know the whole story ? This time, let’s

六、教学反思：

本节课是一节故事教学，故事教学的最大特点就是要在趣味下学习知识，通

过看图，学生能够对图进行很好的想象与扩充。本节课我始终沿着这条主线在设计课堂环节的时候，我抓住圣诞节我们可以堆雪人，而考拉能够去海边游泳的惊讶引导学生产生自主探究的心理，找出原因中澳地理位置的差别导致中澳季节的反差。学生是发自内心的想要去了解这一知识，这是我这节课最大的成功之处。通过我的设计，学生能够产生对知识的渴望，是我一直想要追寻的目标。可是还要继续努力！当然，每节课都是会存在遗憾的，比如我们的孩子还是要在教师的引导下去看图了解图给出的信息的能力还有待于培养，还有我们的孩子由于长期教师的思维限制，英语语言的限制，导致学生的思维太拘束，在今后的教学中，我还要朝着这方面使劲，争取把更好的课堂交给学生！
