Unit 4At the farm B Let’s learn 付明珍

一、教学目标:

1、能够听、说、认读单词:sheep,hen,cow,horse。

了解其复数形式。 2、能够熟练运用句型These are... .来介绍农场里的动物,并能在实际情境中交流。

二、教学重点:

1、能够听、说、认读单词:sheep,hen,cow,horse,并了解其复数形式。 2、学生能够用句型These are... .来介绍农场里的动物,并能在实际情境中交流。

三、教学难点:

1、horse的复数horses的读音

2、sheep的单数和复数形式相同。 四、教学准备:多媒体课件,图片。

五、教学过程: Step 1 Warming up Greetings and chant. T: Hello! Boys and girls! I’m Nancy.Your new teacher. Nice to meet you! Ss: Nice to meet you,too! T:It’s a nice day! Come and meet our old friends. They are at the farm.(板书课题,读课题) T:Look!Here they are!

T: Look at me!(师chant)

T: Dog,dog. Woof,woof,woof. Duck,duck. Quack,quack,quack. Cat,cat. Meow,meow,meow. Pig,pig. Oink.oink,oink. T:Can you do this? Ss:Yes. T: Let’s do with music. (师生共chant.) T:So many animals at the farm! Let’s go and see more animals. OK? Ss: OK!

Step 2 Presentation 1. 出示谜语,学习hen. (1)T: Here is a farm! (惊喜) Look!A riddle:I’m an animal.I’m yellow. I’m fat.I can lay(下) eggs.Who am I? Can you guess? Ss : 母鸡,hen. T: Bingo! It’s a hen.Not a chick,not a cock. It’s a hen (同时播放母鸡下蛋声音) T: Follow me! Hen,hen./h//en//hen/ (个别读,齐读) T:Show me your finger.Let’s write it. 板书hen。 让学生跟读。

学习hens.

出示几只母鸡。

“s”发音, /z/。

T: These are _______. Ss: Hens. T: You are so clever.These are hens. Follow me! Hens,hens.(边领读边在hen后加s)

(男生读,女生读)

T:Good job!And at the farm,there are other animals.

2. 图片出示一头牛被遮住头部。

(1) 学习cow. T:Wow! It’s so big! This is a ??? Ss: 奶牛,cow. T: Yes.This is a cow. The milk is from the cow. Follow me. Cow,cow./k//au//kau/ (个别读,分组读) Show me your finger.Let’s write it. 板书cow,并拼读。让学生跟读。

(2)学习cows. 出示牛群,

T: What are these? Ss: Cows.

T:You are right.These are cows. Follow me! Cows,cows.(边领读边在cow后加s)

大小声读,齐读)

3. 字母组合or的发音学习引出单词horse (1)

学习单词horse. T:Great!We just learned “ow”pronounce /au/. What about “or”? (板书horse中的or) Can you try?

T:Can you read this word “for”? And this word “for”? T:Super!So, “or”pronounce// Follow me.Or,//,for,fork. T:So,can you read this word“horse”? Ss: Horse. T: Yes. “or”pronounce / /(拼读horse) It’s horse. Follow me./h/,/ /,/s/,/h :s/. 板书horse。

“or”发音,注意口型 T:Do you know horse? T:Here comes a horse.(出示马的叫声和马蹄声及马的图片)

Show me your finger.Let’s write it. 让学生跟读。

Follow me.Horse,horse. (个别读,one by one读,齐读) (2)学习horses. 出示一群马的画面。

T:What are these?

Ss:horses。

T:Yes.These are horses. Follow me .Horses,horses./iz/ One horse,two horses,three horses. These are horses. (课件强调horse后面的字母s读音/iz/) (个别读,one by one读,分组读,齐读) 4.出示农场全景,继续学习农场里的羊的名称。 T:Wow!Look at the farm. It’s so beautiful! There are many horses at the farm. These are hens.These are cows. 播放羊的叫声

S1:Sheep. T: Sheep? S2:Sheeps. T:Sheeps? Let’s have a look. This is a sheep. These are sheep, too. Listen carefully. One sheep,two sheep,three sheep,four sheep, five sheep,six sheep. Many sheep!So,these are??? Ss: Sheep. T: Bingo! These are sheep. Let’s learn “sheep”. 引出sheep,

并学习sheep. T: Follow me./ /,/i:/,/p/, / i:p/ Sheep,sheep.板书sheep, (个别读,one by one读,齐读)

(一)单词操练

活动一:Magic box. T: You’ve done a good job!I have a magic box for you! T:Look!It’s here.Do you like it?What’s in it?Do you want to know?

Now,please “Look and say”. T: Are you ready? Ss;Yes. T: Look carefully! These are ...? Ss: Hens.. T: Next one.…

活动二:

T:Boys and girls.Just now,We learned four animals. They are hens,cows,horses and sheep.Can you remember? Let’s have a look. Hen hens /z/ Cow cows /z/ Horse horses /iz/ Sheep sheep T: Let’s read them like this: hen,hens.Clearly? Ss: Yes. (分组读,组交换读。)

T: Great!Have you remembered? Let's read,choose and write. Look at your paper.Do it.Ready? Begin.

(二)学习句子These are... T: You’ve done a good job!

Look!This is a ?(示图片单数) Ss: Hen. T: Yes. What are they? (示图片复数) Ss:Hens. T:Right! These are hens. (板书These are) Follow me! These,These are...(强调th的发音) These are hens/cows/horses/sheep. (教师领读两遍)

(三)句子操练

活动一:A、Look and say.

教师把图片放These are...旁边。引导学生用These are...看图说句。

B、Listen,read and stick. T:Let’s play a game.Do you like game? Who can help me?

T: Boys and girls. I say in a low voice.You follow me loudly.Clearly?

(Listen and stick,clearly?对一同学说)

T:You’re so clever!Here are your hens/cows/horses/sheep.(奖励)

Who can do like this? 如是操练。

活动二:Listen and say. T:Boys and girls. Let’s listen and say with “This is a ...”or “These are...” . For example:This is a hen. These are hens. (分别播放一只鸡和多只鸡的叫声) T:Can you try? You please.... (ABB ABB)

活动三: Let’s chant. T: You are so lovely! Now,let’s chant like this. Hen,hens.These are hens. Cow,cows.These are cows. Horse,horses.These are horses. Sheep,sheep.These are sheep. T:Can you do like this? T:Let’s chant with music. (四)课文学习

(1)播放课文录音,学生跟读,模仿语音语调。

T: We have so many animal friends . T:There are animals on Old Macdonald’s farm,too. Shall we have a look? Let’s go. Look and listen carefully.

(2)学生自己读。

T: Can you read by yourselves?

Ss:Yes. T:Please look at your books.Read loudly. (3)Listen and repeat. T:This time let’s listen and repeat.Ready? Ss: Yes. (句子ABAA) T: You are so cute! Clap hands for you!

Step 4 Continuation 小小解说员。

T:Look!This is Nancy’s farm.It’s my farm.Do you want to have a look? Ss:Yes. T: This is a dog.These are cats.These are hens. These are cows.They are so cute.Do you like my farm? Ss:Yes. T:Now,choose your favorite farm and talk about it in groups.You can use the sentences......and the words...... And you can use other sentences and words you know. T:Have a try. T:Have you finished? T:Look!Here are some lovely animals.These are hens,cows,horses,and sheep.They’re so cute!Animals are helpful to us. Let’s love and protect them ! OK?
