一、教学内容:PEP 6 Unit 1 My day ( Story time )

二、教学目标:

1、知识目标:学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解故事内容,复习与巩固有关人物一周活动安排的词汇和句型。

2、能力目标:能够理解并朗读故事,能够在教师的帮助下表演故事。

3、情感目标:养成合理安排时间的良好习惯。

三、教学重点、难点

1、教学重点:能够理解故事内容并朗读故事。

2、教学难点:

①理解新授词组collect nuts 和dry nuts

②能正确地角色扮演完成对话。

四、教学过程

Step 1、Warm-up and revision

1、Daily greetings (教师与学生进行日常问候,并讨论天气,拉近师生距离)

2、Play a game: Sharp eyes (火眼金睛)

Ss say out the words when they see them.And say “bomb” if they see the bomb. (在欢快的音乐背景下,课件闪现已学动词词组)

3、A free talk

T: What do you do on on the weekend?

Ss: I usually / Sometimes / always / often … (学生根据已学内容进行对

话,复习已学动词词组和句型,为后续的故事教学做铺垫。)

Step 2、Presentation

1、Watch a short video about《Ice Age》教师通过自己的周末活动引导学生观看视频动画,引出同是松鼠的故事主人公Zip和单词nut(播放冰河世纪松鼠片段)

T:I often wash my clothes, clean my room and watch TV on my weekend. Do you like watching TV? Now let’s watch a video

T: What can you see from the video?

Ss: I can see ...

T: What’s this? Do you know?

Ss: It’s a nut.

板书单词nut与其音标,big nut↗big nut ↘, small nut ↗small nut↘, eat nut↗eat nut↘.

(通过有趣的动画,教授nut, 出现音标/nut/)

2.T: Zip likes eating nuts very much. Today we are going to learn a new st ory about Zip. 呈现Story time中的第二、第三和第四幅图,让学生看图说话,引出单词collect和dry。

T: First,what can you see in the picture? S: I can see...

T: What else can you see now? S: I can see...

T: What is Zip doing? S: He is ... .

随着学生的回答,呈现nut的复数nuts, big nuts ↗big nuts ↘, small nuts ↗small nuts↘, eat nuts↗eat nuts↘.
