I.

Teaching Procedures Step1 Preparation (一)Warming-up
1、Greetings.
2、Sing a song.
< Head Shoulders Knees and Toes > 3、Report the pre-task. Invite a group to come to the front to report the pre-task and teach the key points to the other students. 4、Brainstorm game.
Step 2 Presentation
1、Make a prediction and lead in the word “ family”.
2、Watch a video and at the same time the students learn the key points along with it.
3、Show pictures and learn the new words and sentences again. 4. Work in groups to deal with the problem about the change rules of the careers and do exercises. 5. Pair work. Let the students work in pairs to introduce their family
members to each other. Then invite several students to show. 6. Learn the new passage. (1) Show several pictures and learn something about Tom’s family.
(2) Listen and answer questions. (3) Listen and repeat. (4) Read in groups and fill in the blanks. Step 3
Group work
1、Watch a video to make a model how to introduce family members. 2、Let the students work in groups to act and introduce their family members. Then invite several groups to show in the front. 3、Moral education. Watch a video “Father and Mother I Love You” and learn to show your love to your family members. Step 4 Summary (1)
Have a revision of the key points and then recite the passage by looking at the hints. (2)
Check which group is the winner and praise them. Step 5 Homework
1、Read and recite the passage. 2、Introduce your family members to your friends or teachers. And collect more words about careers. 2、Write a passage about your family.
