Step 1 Warm up

1、T:At first let’s look at some photos.Do you know what is photo?(实物展示照片) Teach “photo”

T: Who can spell “photo”?板书ph_t_以填空的形式让学生根据读音规律拼写。

2、Guess:幻灯片出示4张学生跟母亲的照片,让学生猜是谁？

T: Guess who’s she?（教师手指学生问）

S2:She’s…’s mother. T:From these photos. We can feel love.板书“love”.It’s great mother’s love. Our mother love and care for us.Do you know when’s Mother’s Day?找学生回答哪天是母亲节。

is in May. It’s on this day.The second Sunday in May. Ss: The second Sunday in May. On Mother’s Day we should say“Happy Mother’s Day !”teach this sentence. 4、Let’s

do a survey:How much do you love your mother？

Let student use “yes”answer. Do you know your mother’s birthday?

Do you know how old your mother is? Do you know your mother’s favourite food?

Do you know your mother’s favourite colour?

Do you often make your mother happy? 通过调查来了解学生对母亲的了解，勾起他们对母亲的爱。
