主题与内容

4A M4U1的学习主题是A visit to a farm，通过本单元的学习，要求学生能掌握一些农场动物的名称以及它们的叫声。在此基础上学生能初步了解与理解核心词汇，各种标志及各种规则。能用祈使句Don’t…来说说农场里要遵守的规则。能用句型What do they eat? They eat…谈论农场动物的习性、喜欢吃的食物。

四年级的学生在英语方面的能力，基本上已经能够做到基本的听、说、读、

写。本单元的教学主要内容是对农场上的动物进行了解，包括他们的饮食习惯等。学生已经掌握了很多农场上的动物，例如hen、cow、horse、pig、duck、dog等单词，并能够用简单的句型来进行外观上的描述，能用can的句型进行简单的行为描述，本单元的主要内容是帮助学生了解不同动物的饮食习惯，通过They like eating …的句型来进行阐述。并通过参观

Mr MacDonald的农场，让学生逐渐了解到如何参观农场，能遵守农场的规则。并能感受农场的生活，能了解动物、热爱动物、保护动物。



因此，基于以上具体分析，本单元将创设参观农场的场景，学生依据情景描述所见的农场动物，从外形，颜色，能力和食性方面。并能描述参观农场所不能做的事情，即农场上的规则。
