Unit 3 My friends Lesson 1 教材分析：

人教版小学英语二年级上册Unit 3 My friends，本单元主要围绕“我的朋友”即如何描述自己身边熟悉的人来展开的。本节课主要是让学生学习几个描述人物外貌特征的单词：short、tall、big、thin、pretty、handsome。并能结合上单元所学的句子She is… He is….在生活中运用语言。本课教学内容比较贴进学生的生活语言，难在单词的灵活运用及个别单词的发音。所以我在安排教学时，把单词和句子结合起来，把单词的运用作为重点，而不是单纯的认读单词。

学情分析：

二年级的学生已有一年的英语学习基础，但二年级的学生好奇心强、活泼好动，善于模仿。同时，他们对于简单的事物有所掌握，同时对熟悉的知识有所感悟，具备表演的欲望。所以，教学课堂中我创设学生感兴趣的魔法学校，在这一堂课中每一个孩子都是魔法师，他们学习“魔法语言”，帮助公主回家。

教学目标：

1．

能够听懂、会说表示人物外貌特征的六个形容词：big，tall，pretty，thin，short，handsome, 并可借助图片和首字母提示整体识别单词。

2．

能够借助图片和已学习过的句子对人物外貌特征进行介绍：He

is a boy. He is….She is a girl. She is…. 3．

可以大胆模仿说唱歌谣。

教学重点：

本课中六个人物外貌形容词的听、说、认读。

教学难点：

1.

形容词handsome和 pretty的认读。

2.

含有形容词简单句的运用。

教学准备：ppt课件、词卡、魔法帽一顶、魔法棒一个、勋章贴纸若干。

课 时：一课时

教学过程：

一、Warm-up 1、Greeting 2、TPR活动

3、T: Today you will go to my magic school, I am your magic teacher. Today we will learn some magic sayings. The excellent magicians will get medals from me .

二、Presentation 1、T: Welcome our princess and prince, please. 2、T: She is a girl. He is a boy.(意图：利用图片，复习he,she) 3、T: Look at them. The prince is tall. The princess is short.

教师出示词卡,教学short，学生操练。

T: Let’s help her to change,our magic saying is ”tall, tall, tall”，教学tall。

4、T:But one day the princess meets a witch. She changes. Who wants to know how she changes? 请一名同学上来点击巫婆，教学big，学生操练。

(设计意图：设计有趣的魔法活动，让孩子们在玩中学、学中乐) 5、Let us help her. The magic saying is “thin,thin,thin”学习单词thin. T: We should say “th”, or we can’t help her.(强调th 的发音)练习含有th-发音的单词three、thank、think、thin。

T: Now let’s help her. 学生操练thin、thin、thin。

6、T：Oh we need another magic saying ”pretty,pretty,pretty”. （手语花朵动作提示pretty的意思）强调pretty的发音，学习pretty。

7.T: Finally she goes home .But the prince is not at home. The prince likes us to call him handsome. Let’s call him out. 教学handsome，利用手势表演帅气的样子，同时与pretty进行比较。

(设计意图：利用肢体语言帮助孩子们理解这两个较为抽象的形容词)

三、Consolidation and extension 8．In princess’s journey, some friends help her. The first day

is a girl. She is pretty.(引导学生会说She is a girl. She is pretty. ) The second day is a man .(稍微引导的前提下，会说 He is a man. He is thin.) The third day is a …(Can you guess?学生猜后会简单描述He is a boy. He is big) Some of you help him ,too.(邀请刚才分别念过魔法语言的同学上台，全班对她/他进行描述) (设计意图：能先通过老师的提示进行人物描述，然后过渡到利用所学语言对班上的同学进行描述）

9．T: How many magic sayings do you remember? 分别出示b-,th-,sh-,p-,t-,h- ，收词卡的过程当中复习big、thin、short、tall、pretty、handsome. (设计意图：让学生能通过首字母的提示整体识别单词）

10. T: Now I have some magic sayings for you. You can use it to help your friend in your daily life.引入chant ,学生先观看，然后进行学习。

(设计意图：让chant变得富有趣味性。）
