五年级英语 5B Unit7 Chinese festivals 教材简解:本单元的话题是中国的主要传统节日。通过本节课的学习,能让学

生了解并掌握这些中国主要传统节日的相关信息,包括日期,食物和风俗习惯等。培养孩子们对中国传统节日的热爱与传承精神。

目标预设:

1.能够会说以下节日:the Double Ninth Festival, the Dragon Boat Festival, the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Spring Festival.

2. 能听懂、会读、会说不同节日的传统食物和活动。

3. 能正确的理解并朗读课文,在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。

教学重点:

1.句型:The Spring Festival is in January or February.

2.词汇:January, February, call, May , June, September, October, November, festival, get together

教学难点:

1.句型:The Spring Festival is in January or February.

People eat rice dumplings at this festival.

2.词汇:the Double Ninth Festival, the Dragon Boat Festival, the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Spring Festival,January, February, November, dumpling 等词汇的发音。

设计理念:本节课,主要采取任务型教学法,交际法,小组合作学习法等,遵循对学生听、说、读、写各方面进行学习能力的培养,以及“以生为本”的思想理念,通过老师的示范,逐渐放手,让学生在小组合作中互相学习,展示,将自己所学到的知识以自己的语言讲出来。最终达到让生养成“会学习,会思考,敢开口,学进去,能讲出来”的良好的学习习惯。

设计思路:在开始上课的前1分钟里,和学生一起再次感受2017年春节晚会上开场舞蹈音乐--金鸡舞动春光美。将师生共同带进欢乐的节日气氛中,从师生问答中,What are they doing? They are having Spring Festival. 从而引出本文的课题: Chinese festivals.并教读。通过让学生说出自己所知道的中国节日有哪些,从中挑出四个主要的节日,并给出这四个节日的英语名称,让学生猜测配对,并说出理由。从而引出本文的学习内容。第一个场景是Liu Tao一家过春节,老师先设计三个问题,When’s Spring Festival.? What do people usually do at Spring Festival? What do people eat? 让学生看动画后回答,在其中,穿插学习句型The Spring Festival is in January or February.词汇: January, February,等重难点。第二个

场景，采取自读的方式，老师提出问题，学生自己在文中找出关键词或句子，并标出来。然后回答。第三四场景采取的是小组合作解决组内或其他组人员提出的问题。为了纠正学生的发音，让学生一句一句跟CD读，再通过Happy reading的形式来展现。最后，让学生根据思维导图复述课文。当然，在新课的教学中，我还会设计有关一些写的练习，巩固本节课所学内容。具体内容请参考教学过程。

the Double Ninth Festival2.Guess and match. Show some pictures , and some English names of the festivals, let the students match them. (教师呈现春节，端午节，中秋节和重阳节的图片，要求学生仔细观察图片和单词的构成，猜测the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Double Ninth Festiva,l the Dragon Boat Festival, the Spring Festival的意思, 说出关键词spring, boat , autumn, ninth. )

(TIPS:1.提醒学生注意这些表示节日的词语在使用时前面要加上定冠词the。

2. 除了the外,节日中其余的单词首字母都要大写。)

4.Learn the text.

T: There are so many Chinese festivals. This lesson we’ll learn more about them. Now, let’s watch the cartoon, and answer the questions.

1.Read after the tape. ( TIPS: 注意语音语调。)

2.Happy reading. ( 每组任选一种形式练习。可以齐读,一人一段读,分角色读等)

3.Retell the text with their mind mapping.( 课前预习,学生根据课文内容,制作好思维导图).

4.Finish the blanks.( 完成P70 填空题,并校对答案)

5.Think and say. What’s your favourite festival? Why?

Step4 Summary
