Try to answer the questions. ‘ What is the pig’s name?/ Where does it live? ’) (听录音：Big：Hello，I’m a pig. I’m big and fat. You can call me ‘Big’. I go ‘ Oink-oink’. I live in a pen. I feel happy.) T: 提问两个问题

P：Its name is Big. It lives in a pen. T: Good.

（显示图解释—跟读两遍（Here pen doesn’t mean 钢笔，It means ‘猪圈’. ）--读句子（It lives in a pen.）

让学生两人一组看图说（出示填空式的段落，让学生边看边演）抽两组说

T: Yes. He likes eating corn. Can he eat the corn now? P: No, he can’t.

T: Why can’t he eat the corn?

跟读outside 单词---读句子Big is inside the pen. The corn is outside the pen. （让学生想象猜测Big的语言）

T：Please imagine it. What does Big say when he cannot eat the corn? P: He says ‘I am hungry. I want to eat the corn. /I am so angry. Please give me some corn. …) T: Good job. Let’s look at Big’s words. (引入Big的话‘Mmm, the corn smells nice! But I cannot eat it. It’s outside the pen. I feel very hungry. I want to eat it. I’m so angry!) T：Who can act as Big？（让学生模仿猪的语气读语言）

抽几名学生读—齐读

教师出示填空式旁白内容（叙述式段落），让学生描述Pic2 Big likes eating _________. Big smells some _______ _____the pen., but he ______ eat it. Big is __________. Big is __________.(一人说—抽说) 3. Review Pic1 and Pic2 读旁白内容
