Unit 3 Storytime 知识与能力目标：

1.通过学习理解故事意思。

2.能用正确的语音语调朗读故事。

3. 能在故事学习中复习本单元有关食物的单词。

4. 能用核心句型I want some ....表达自己想要的食物。

情感目标：

通过本课的学习懂得：在想吃别人的东西或用别人的东西时，需要征得对方的同意。

学情分析：

本课是该单元最后一课时，孩子们在前几个课的学习中已经学会了一些食物单词的表达，以及I want.....的句型，因此故事理解起来会比较容易。同时本课的话题贴近生活，孩子们会比较感兴趣。

重点难点：

能运用本单元所学食物单词，以及核心句型I want some ....表达自己想要的食物。

教学流程：

Step 1 warming－up Step 2 Students chant together. “I like cake.”

Step 3 Review some words about food.

Teacher shows the pictures of food, Students read together. Step 4 Students watch the pictures and answer the question. What animals do you see? Step 5 Students listen to the story and think: What does Harry like? Step 6 Students learn the story. Picture 1: What’s Harry doing? Picture 2: What are the cats doing ? What does Harry want? Is Harry good? Picture 3/4: What does Harry eat? Picture 5：Are the animals happy? Picture 6: What will the animals do? Picture 7: What does Harry want now? Picture 8: Can Harry eat the food? Step 7 Discuss: Harry can’t eat the food? Why? Step 8 Listen and repeat the story. Step 9 Discuss: If you want to eat other people’s food, What will you do? Step 10 Students retell the story according to the key words. Step 11 Extension. Make a conversation: T: If you have a big dinner, What will you want? Step 12 Homework: Read the story after class,and try to recite the story.
