教学内容分析：

故事内容呈现的是Zoom不受外界干扰，专心练习唱歌，并最终在唱歌考试中取得好成绩的故事。文中除了复习和巩固句型The singing test will be on May 4th. I can’t …I want to…等，还通过图片和上下文拓展理解新句子Practice makes perfect. Will you come to the party? I want to practice my song. I need more practice

. I’ll go swimming tonight.等。通过本文的学习学生既能理解新句型又能明白“熟能生巧”的意义。

学情分析：

对于小学五年级来说，他们已经有了一定的英语基础，三四年级的学***多数学生有一定的英语语言接受和表达能力，词汇量有一定的储备，能进行简单的口语交流，对教师的课堂指令和体态语言已有相当好的反应。学生学习兴趣较浓，积极性较高，但也有少数学生对语言认识能力不强，缺乏一定的学习能力，反应较迟缓有待进一步提高。学生对日期的表达还不够流利。

教学目标

1.学生能在图片和教师的帮助下理解故事内容。

2.能准确朗读并表演故事。

1.在语境中恰当运用语言：Will you come to the party? / I want to practice my song. / I need more practice. / I’ll go swimming tonight.等。

2.学习英语谚语“Practice makes perfect.”并理解其深刻含义。

端正学习态度，专心致志不受外界干扰，坚信：熟能生巧。

学习策略：

通过观看故事视频，能回答出简单的问题，默读故事回答深入一点的问题，同时注意每个出现的日期，并推送出答案；反复模仿读故事，掌握朗读技巧。

难点：

Purposes 铁杵磨成针的故事可以说是家喻户晓。以他们耳熟能详的故事作为热身可以激发学生的知识储备和相关经验，为后面的内容做铺垫，调动学生参与学习的热情。

提出问题：

引发学生思考，提醒学生认真观察图片资源。

观察故事图片，从故事文本、图片资源的角度得到一些信息：Zoom最后可以唱的很好。图5 告诉我们老师和朋友们都表扬了Zoom。充分感知和利用了文本的图片资源，也提示学生可以尽可能的在阅读过程中学会观察、学习。

新课程标准中指出：“激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣是基础教育阶段的首要任务，这足以见证“兴趣”是学习英语的关键所在。为了引起学生的兴趣，在课堂上创设了情境，因此学生很感兴趣，参与的积极性很高，气氛比较活跃，所设计的简单问题让后进的学生也有了信心，能表现出一种成就感。

教学反思

从今天的课堂总结出情景教学的重要性，可以很轻松完成教学目标，同时也使学生能高效率的掌握所学内容，又兴趣盎然不觉得枯燥。

活动过程中教师不可引导太多，应大胆放手学生进行合作学习。
