1.了解并掌握一些有关介绍学习用品的词汇和句型。

2.学会使用系动词be的肯定句、一般疑问句和特殊疑问句。

1.激发学生兴趣，学会介绍自己的学习用品。

2.能够使用be动词的一般疑问句和特殊疑问句。

【教学过程】

Step1: Lead in 1.Guessing game

2. Free talk: What do you have in your school bag? Step2: Presentation 1.

Learn new words. 2. Practice in pairs. --What is it?

--It is a/an... 3. Game: Quick eyes 4. Group work: Play the Guessing Game in groups. Step 3: Reading 1.Before Reading.

Listen to the dialogue and fill in the blanks. 2.While reading.

Read the dialogue in groups and find out the following sentences and match them with the Chinese meanings.

3.After Reading Read the dialogue in groups and choose the best readers. Step 4: Practice Look at the things in your classroom. Make your own dialogue with these things and show it.

Step 5: Do you know its use? Step 6: Let’s do it. 1. Listen to the statements and number the pictures. 2. Look at the pictures and fill in the blanks. Step 7: Exercises. Step 8: Summary. --What is it? -- It’s a/an …
