一、教学目标;

1.能听得懂、会读、会说单词和词组clean, cook, busy, parent, sweep the floor, wash the dishes

2.能听懂、会读、会说句型和日常交际用语I am/We are/They are sweeping the floor. He/She is cooking dinner.

3.能正确理解、掌握故事内容,并能用正确的语音语调朗读、初步复述故事

4.能初步感知和理解现在进行时的用法

现在分词cleaning, sweeping, washing 的读音

四、教学过程:

Step1 Warm-up

1,Free talk

2,Watch a cartoon :

T:Who is the film talking about?

S: father and mother.

T: We call them “parents” . Say and do “I love my parents”.

(通过一段感人的卡通视频感化学生,让学生知道应该孝敬父母,让学生有一个心灵的触动,我们在家要帮助父母,为我们的课文学习作铺垫)

Step2 presentation

1,Look at the four pictures.

What are they doing?

They are doing housework.

Talk about:

T:What is she doing?

S:She is cleaning the table. (teach: clean the window)

T:What is she doing?

S:She is cooking breakfast. (teach: cook breakfast)

(一,二两幅图先呈现句子的框架,我先来问,学生回答,初步了解并运用现在进行时句型)

Ask one student to ask:

S1: What is he doing?

S2: He is sweeping the floor. ( teach:sweep the floor)

Ask one student to ask:

S1:What is she doing?

S2: She is washing the dishes.( teach: wash the dishes)

(三,四两幅图,让学生来问,学生来答,巩固并操练现在进行时句型,学生问答加深印象)

呈现现在进行时的句子结构:主语+be+动词ing形式。

T:They are helping their parents.Can you help your parents? 揭示课题: Helping our parents.

2,Listen and choose.

(先从听课文录音着手,整体感知课文,对故事发生的时间,人物有一个初步的了解)

3,Read and underline.(P48)

音度相关句子。

(接下来读课文,将文本分为上午和下午两个时间段进行学习,阅读48页文本,小组朗读合作交流找出相关人物上午正在干什么,并找出相关句型,进行细化的学习)

4,Read and write.(P49)

What are they doing in the afternoon?

Mike’s mother is_________________________.

Mike is _________________________________.

Helen is ________________________________.

Tim and Jim are ___________________________________.

Ben is __________________________________.

(再从写的方面进行学习,阅读49页文本,找出相关人物下午正在干什么,并写在联系纸上)

5,What is Mike’s father doing in the afternoon? Guess

He is ....., I think.

(让学生去猜一猜迈克的爸爸正在干什么,发挥学生的想象,同时也训练了现在进行时句型)

6,Reading time.

Read after the tape.

Read in rules.

Step3 consolidation

1,Retell the story.

根据板书,选个一个时间段去复述

It is Saturday morning , Mike’s father is .......Mike’s mother is.......... It is Saturday afternoon, Mike’s mother is...... Mike is..........

(板书呈现非常清楚,条理清晰,学生能够根据板书直接正确的复述课文)

2,Try to talk:

What are they doing in the evening?

It’s seven o’clock in the evening. Mike and his family are busy now._____________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________ ________________.

(Mike’s grandpa, Mike’s grandma, Mike’s father, Mike’s mother, Mike, Helen ,Tim, Ben........)

(文本是星期六上午和下午Mike的一家正在做的相关事情,我在文本学习之后拓展了一个星期六晚上Mike的一家正在干什么,巩固及操练本课现在进行时态,也与文本衔接自然)

Step4 Homework

1.Listen to the tape and follow the tape.

2.Try to talk about your family at weekends .

(课后让学生谈论自己家人正在干什么,既是拓展也是巩固操练)
