Fun Facts 一、学情分析:

我们的学生从三年级开始学习本套教材,具有了一定的自主学习能力和语言运用能力。教师应充分做好课前准备,精心设计教学过程,尽量在英语课堂上创设真实自然的情景。Fun Facts部分是本单元内容的延伸。引导学生在观察、探索的过程中,理解Fun Facts。

二、三维目标:

(1) 知识与技能:

1. 知识目标: a. To learn the words of Fun Facts b. Help students to know about mammals. c. To talk about an animal which is called mammal. 2. 能力目标:

通过真实的语境,引导学生在观察、探索的过程中,加深对所学知识的理解,培养学生实际运用语言的能力。在教师循序渐进的引导下,训练学生的逻辑思维和表达能力,激发学生丰富的想象力、创新精神及实践能力,并鼓励学生积极与他人合作,共同完成学习任务。

3. 教学重难点:

初步理解哺乳动物的特征,在描述自己了解的动物时,将所学内容融入其中用语言表达出来。

(2) 过程与方法:

1. 教法: 教师在教学设计时从学生的学习兴趣出发,采用小组合作的学习方式。让学生在小组活动中,通过个人独立阅读,两人共同阅读和小组合作阅读,组员发言、组长组织描述动物等多种手段学习和使用英语,完成学习任务,最后达到落实教学重点、突破教学难点,并使学生在学习活动过程中,培养综合语言运用能力。

2. 学法: 通过多样化的教学活动,激发学生的学习兴趣,训练学生的思维,激发学生的想象,开发学生的学习潜能,培养学生自己主动学习的精神和合作能力,培养学生的自信心,提高学生的综合素质,让他们在真实的语言交流过程中学会与他人

交往。

(3) 情感态度与价值观:

1. 情感目标: 通过多样化的教学活动,激发学生在宽松和谐的环境中积极谈论,大胆发言并习得语言的兴趣,在学习英语的过程中不断体验进步与成功。

2. 德育目标: 通过学习哺乳动物的特征,教育孩子博爱的情感。

三、教学准备:

电视,电脑,教学课件,练习小篇子。

四、教学过程:

Pre-reading 1.

What’s this/that?

Is that your/his/her …? Whose … is it? 2.

Show a PPT T: Whose egg is it? S: It’s a hen’s.

T:Yes,a hen can lay eggs. To learn: lay eggs 3.

Do you know what animals can lay eggs? S: A duck./ A goose./ A hen./ A quail. …

T: Yes. You’re right. These animals can lay eggs.

Do you know any other animals? 4.

Take out your paper, read the passage by yourself, then circle 设计意图

课前的Bingo歌曲既可以活跃气氛又可以帮助学生尽快进入角色,为后面的课堂学习做好情绪的铺垫。

复习旧知,自然导入新课。

本环节由谈论猜蛋是谁的这一情境,吸引了学生们的注意力并引起极大的兴趣,由此巧妙地导入新知lay eggs.

Read again then choose the right answer.

通过深入的阅读,帮助理解“胎生”这一概念,并通过选择题帮助学生了解鲸鱼的外形,生长环境,以及鲸鱼胎生、哺乳的习性,并通过语言逐层表达出来。
