Lesson 17 学情分析：

本单元主要学习的是从“班级、家庭”到“社会”的各种我们应当遵守的rules(规则)。本课书是第三单元的第五课，学生们在学习完15、16课的“家规”后，我们继续把视野向外扩展，扩展到我们的街道、马路、公园等公共场所，在哪里我们要遵守的就是social rules(社会规则)。虽然有了前面“班规、家规”作为铺垫，但是本课中仍然出现了不少的生词，这也成为学生们学习的难点。所以本课书我们尽量采用以新代旧的学习方法，尽可能创设情境，使这样一节难度较大的对话课能够很好的完成。

教学目标：

a. To learn the new words and phrases of Lesson 17. To learn the new sentences of Lesson 17. b. To develop the power of communication. To master the new sentences. Retell the social rules. c.通过对话教学活动，培养学生遵守社会规则，热爱生活，做一位文明礼貌的小学生，培养他们良好的生活习惯。

Step1 Warm up. Enjoy a song. (Traffic lights) T:What’s the song about?

Then introduce red light, yellow light and green light. Introduce a new friend to you.(Big Head Son) Step 2.Production. (1)

Big Head Son wrote a letter to us. Let’s have a social studies trip to help him.

Grass keep off the grass We should tell her you must keep off the grass. (5) Make a sign on the blackboard. No picking You mustn’t pick the flowers. (6)T:I want to find a young children. Play a game. Can you sing? Can you draw? Can you cry? We must take good care of the young children. (7)After a day, Big Head Son made some social rules. Read it. (8)Watch the video and talk about the dialogue. Step3.Practice。
