一、教学内容:Lesson 33

二、教学目标: (一)知识目标:

1.能听、说、读、写以下单词:begin, close, summer, weather, heavy, rain 2.能听、说、读、写以下短语:go on trips, go camping, have summer classes 3.能听、说、认读以下句子:

Summer is the second and the hottest season of the year.

In China, summer begins around June. The weather is very hot and there’s often a lot of rain. (二)能力目标:

1.通过图片、天气预报的形式让学生了解夏季的气候特点并能进行描述。

2.能够熟练运用所学词组和句式表达夏天人物活动。

3.通过参与学习过程,培养学生的合作学习的能力、运用所学语言进行表达的能力和快速反应能力。

(三)情感目标: 1.培养学生学习英语的兴趣,鼓励学生积极合作,参与课堂。

2.教育学生热爱自然,保护环境,处处发现美。

三、教学重点:

(一)能听、说、读、写单词:begin, close, summer, weather, heavy, rain (二)能听、说、读、写短语:go on trips, go camping, have summer classes(三)能够运用本课重点句型:

七、教学过程: (一)Warm-up 1. Greetings. 2. Let's chant!

Warm, warm, spring is warm. Hot, hot, summer is hot. Cool, cool, autumn is cool. Cold, cold, winter is cold. 3. Ask and answer。

教师提出一些问题,让学生积极回答,每个回答正确的同学都可以得到一朵小花。

(1)How many months are there in a year ? What are they? (2)How many seasons are there in a year? Which season is the first season? (3)When does spring begin? (4)what’s the weather like in spring? (5)What’s the colour of spring?

(6)What do people do in spring?

活动设计意图:复习引出本课主题, 提升课堂气氛,使学生渴望新知。

(二)Presentation 1.设置问题:What is the second season of the year?

然后通过图片让学生猜季节summer,并学习单词。

活动设计意图:自然地引入重点句子:Summer is the second season of the year. 2.出示日历图片引出重点句子:In China, summer begins around June.

3.出示天气预报图学习夏天的气候特点:The weather is very hot and there’s often a lot of rain. Sometimes there is heavy rain. 同时在黑板上板书,让学生通过提示词来复述课文第一段内容。

4. Play a game. 使用白板拖动功能让学生上前来拖动单词填空,其他同学朗读第一段课文。

活动意图:用选词填空游戏来巩固第一段的知识。

5.Free talk. T:I like summer very much. Do you know why? Ss:No. T: Because I don’t go to work. I have a long holiday.It’s summer holiday. Do you go to school in summer? Ss: No, because we have summer holidays. T: what do you often do on summer holidays? Ss: I often …. 活动设计意图:通过自由讨论来引出短语have summer holidays,并学习句型What do you often do on summer holidays? 6.Listen to the tape and answer the question. 给学生呈现出课文第二段内容,让学生仔细听录音并回答问题:What do students do on summer holidays? 然后通过图片、动画视频来学习go on trips, go camping, have summer holidays.最后通过假期照片中孩子们的笑脸来总结:They all enjoy summer holidays. 活动设计意图:设计问题来引入课文,通过漂亮的图片以及好看的动画来提高学生的学习兴趣。

(三)Practice 1.Listen to the tape and read after tape. 2.Play a game: 小组竞赛游戏,让学生选择夏天可以用的事情,帮助学生巩固所学短语。

3.Have a review. 让学生根据黑板上的板书复述整篇课文。

(四)Extension 1.Talk about summer. 小组对话,谈论夏天的气候、活动等等。

2.Take a photo of the students. 对学生课堂表现进行整体评价,让大家把得到的花朵举起来,教师拍照上传到大屏幕中,让学生看到自己的笑脸。

最后教师总结:Summer is beautiful and you are the beautiful flowers. I like summer and I like you. 活动设计意图: 1.通过展示活动,锻炼学生的口语表达能力,让学生能够运用所学的知识来进行对话。2. 情感教育:让学生看到自己像花朵一样漂亮有朝气的笑脸,教育学生要热爱夏天热爱生活,处处发现美。
