教学设计说明

学生情况分析

本次教学研讨是借班上课。在备课之前，和学生交流过10分钟，目的是想要了解一下学生的语言基础、学生的个性以及对英语学习的兴趣和参与热情。通过交流，发现这些四年级的学生聪明好学，活泼可爱，对英语学习有着较高的兴趣。

在学本课时之前，学生已经学过关于相关地点的名词、方位词，与能力有关的动词和动词词组等方面的语言知识，也掌握一定量的句型结构，比如学生能用To be, There be, Can句型等对学校中不同功能的场所进行介绍；同时，他们具备了一定的听、说、读、写、演的能力。

单元教学任务分析

牛津英语4AM3U2的教学主题是关于社区的认识。教材提供了学生有关住所周围的常见场所supermarket, post office, restaurant等。要求学生通过对这些场所类单词以及方位词next to, between的学习，学会社区中常见的地点的表达；能用There be 句型的一般疑问句来问答地点，并通过一定情景的创设，引导学生学会运用There be句型。在此过程中，能综合运用学过的句型介绍现实生活中的社区场所的地理位置以及使用功能。本单元中介绍南京路的说明文是牛津上海版教材中第一次出现的篇幅较长的短文，其目的是通过对话、语篇的形式促使学生综合使用本单元学得的语言知识，并在学习交流的过程中，发展其英语运用能力。

单元教学目标

根据学生已具备的语言知识和语言技能，结合学生的生活常识，期望通过本单元的教学后，学生能用英语说出社区中常见地点的名称以及它们各自的功能；能运用There be句型、方位词对事物或场景进行相关的描述，并能用There be句型的一般疑问句问询问地点并做出正确应答。此外，通过故事的学习、阅读和讲述，在情景中进一步理解和运用There be句型，并能运用于学生的实际生活，产生“小区是我家”的情感体验。同时，期望通过语篇的学习，在逐步完成由浅入深的学习任务中，激发学生英语学习的兴趣，体会到学习成功所带来的喜悦。
