Unit4 When is Easter

一、内容分析：

本课是人教版PEP教材五年级下第四单元C story time的内容，故事板块呈现的是Zoom不受外界干扰，专心练习歌曲，并最终在唱歌考试中取得好成绩的故事。以学生的生活体验和认识为基础，紧密贴近学生的生活实际，语言材料真实具体，让学生乐学易学。学生除了复习与巩固句型The singing test will be on May 4th . I can’t...I want to ... 等，还通过图片和上下文拓展理解新句子Practice makes perfect. Will you come to the party/play football with me after lunch? I want to practise my song. I need more practice. I’ll go swimming tonight.等。

二、教学目标：

1、学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解故事内容，复习和巩固句型

The singing test will be on May 4th . I can’t...I want to ... 等。

2、扩展学习句型Practice makes perfect. Will you come to the party/play football with me after lunch? I want to practise my song. I need more practice. I’ll go swimming tonight，增加学生语言输入。

3、能够理解故事内容、朗读故事、表演故事，并能在语境中恰当运用故事中的语言。

4. 在故事语境中，通过Zoom 专心刻苦练习并最终在不擅长的唱歌考试中得到音乐老师称赞的经历，让学生了解英语谚语“Practice makes perfect.”的深刻含义。21cnjy.com

五、教学步骤：

Step1: Warm-up 1.

评价机制：

Perfect card ：If you do perfect, you can get a perfect card. But you should say “perfect”, you can sit down.2Game time. 利用奖励机制帮助孩子认识并且练习单词“perfect”为下面的课文打下基础。

Game time：

T:I will ask you some question，if you can do it,stand up and say“yes, of course”.if you can’t do it,just sit there and say“sorry ,I can’t”

以游戏激趣，为后面的知识做铺垫，调动学生参与学习的积极性n·j·y

Step2：Present the story. 1.

Lead-in

T：Can you sing？

S：“yes, of course”/ sorry ,I can’t”

T:Do you like music class?Today Zoom has a music class.let’s watch what happened. There are three question①how many animels are there ?

②who are they?

③who is Zoom’music teacher? Ss answer the question Listen to the tape,act like miss bird and Zoom. (引发学生的思考，让学生认真观察图片) 2.Watch and think （1）Zoom is worried about his music class.do you know why? T:

How many days can Zoom practise？Ss:Three days. （2）T:yes, so Zoom is worried.but can Zoom sing well on May 4th? Ss:yes. T:how do you know that? Ss:From the picture 5. The film is not the end，you can write down your own story。

2.Choose the picture you like and act.(必做)

（和同学一起选取你喜欢的几幅图表演一下。）

3.Make a new Play.(选做)

（以自己的经历为题材，编写电影剧本《熟能生巧2》）
