课前朗读：

设计意图：利用ppt把图片展示给学生，让学生利用直观的图片加深学生对单词的印象，帮助学生记忆单词。在funny game活动环节中让学生大胆发挥想象，给出几个学生提示性的单词和图片，引导学生大胆想象。

这就是在机场和火车站有失物招领办公室的原因。that’s why 表示“是……的原因”，常用于句首，后面跟的是结果。如：

leave 这里表示“丢下、遗忘”，它还有

很多其他的含义：

表示“离开”

e.g. Nancy wants to be a doctor when she leaves school. 南希毕业后想当一名医生。

表示“把（某人或某物）留在（某处）”

e.g. I often leave the kids with Susan. 我经常把孩子们留给苏珊(照顾)。

表示“留到，留待”

e.g. Leave it another week, then tell he’ll have to decide.

把此事再放一周，到时告诉他必须做出决定。

leave 还可以用作名词，表示“假期,休假”。

e.g. I have to ask for three day’s leave.我得请三天假。

设计意图：对于文中出现的学生难于理解的知识做集中解答。
