教学目标：

一、

知识目标

1、能听、说、读、写五个关于季节的单词：spring, summer, autumn, winter, season 以及四季里典型活动的四个词组：go on a picnic, go swimming, pick apples, make a snowman. 2、能听、说、认、写句型：Which season do you like best? Winter. Why? Because I like summer vacation! 3、能掌握字母组合br/gr的发音规则，即在单词中发短音/br/和/gr/. 二、

能力目标

1、能在情景中运用句型：Which season do you like best? Winter.

Why? Because I like summer vacation! 询问并回答对季节的喜好，并陈述喜欢某个季节的理由。

2、能在老师的帮助下总结、归纳why 和because 的用法。

3、能够按照正确的语音、语调、意群朗读对话，并进行角色扮演，并运用句型I like……best because……书面表达自己最喜欢的季节及原因。

4、能读出符合br/gr发音规则的单词，并能根据发音拼写出符合br/gr 发音规则的单词。

情感目标、文化意识、学习策略

1、让学生有兴趣用英语表达自己所喜好的季节，并陈述理由。

2、能引导学生注重小组合作学习，培养沟通和交流的能力。

3、能够让学生了解有关全球气候差异的常识。

学情分析

此课题是人教版小学英语五年级下学期Unit2 My favourite season的第五课时，学生在此之前已经学习了一些关于天气、食物和颜色的单词，如warm, cool, sunny, windy, green, red, fish, apples, pears等，以及What’s your favourite food?的句型和回答。本单元前四个课时也已经系统地学习了春夏秋冬以及在各个季节中常见活动的单词和短语。因此本课时是建立在复习的基础之上的。

学习重难点

重点：正确书写五个单词并运用句型What’s your favourite season?进行问答练习。

难点：听说读写单词season, spring, summer, autumn, winter。

课时目标：

能掌握三会句子：I like spring because there are many beautiful flowers everywhere.

I like winter because I can play in the snow. 2、

能理解句子：The leaves fall and fall and fall. I love fall! 的中文意思。

教学重点：

1、

重点：听、说、读、写句子：I like winter because I can play in the snow.

2、

难点：（1）掌握because 引导的原因状语从句。（2）理解fall的两种意思。

教学工具：

课件、表格等。

教学过程: 一、

Warm up 1、

Let’s chant: What’s your favourite season? 2、

单词拼读赛。

教师借助于卡片，把学生分成四组，让学生抢答，拼读单词或说出词组，得分多的一组获胜。

如：spring, summer, fall, winter, season, best, go swimming, make a snowman, plant trees, go on a picnic等。

3、

口语交流。借助图片练习两组对话。

My favourite season is….. Which season do you like best? I like…….best. 二、

Presentation

1、

Read and write (1)

教师借助课件，分别出示课文中的四幅画，要求学生一边阅读文本，一边将下列句子补充完整。

The leaves fall and it’s ________ now. ⑤

I like _____________because I can play in the __________. 当学生完成后，老师提问学生：fall 是什么意思？当它表示季节时，可替换哪个单词？并请学生说一说the leaves fall and fall and fall. I love fall 的中文意思。最后请学生用不同的表达形式说一说意思相同的2 个句子。如：I love fall. I love autumn. There are leaves in fall. There are leaves in autumn. 等。

(2)教师播放录音，学生边听边理解课文，听音完毕思考what lovely colours! 的中文意思，教师解释并要求学生举一反三。指导学生学习以what 引导的感叹句。如：What beautiful flowers! What lovely girls! What nice tree! 等。

（3）再次播放录音，学生模仿I like…..because there are beautiful…..everywhere 和it’s…..everywhere. 等句子。

如：I like spring because there are beautiful flowers everywhere. I like winter because there is lots of snow. It’s white everywhere. （4）教师讲解文中的部分句子的中文意思。

I like summer, but I can’t swim. 我喜欢夏天，但我不会游泳。

I want to paint a picture, too! 我也要去画一幅画。

（5）学生跟读课文，要求学生有表情地朗读下列句子：

What lovely colours! Wow! I want to paint a picture, too! (6)活动：情境表达

教师陈述一个事实，请学生说出可能的理由，进一步巩固because免型。

如：教师说：I like Kunming. 学生说：I like Kunming because it’s beautiful and the weather is good. 又说：教师说：I like Jiuzhaigou. 学生说：I like Jiuzhaigou because the water clean and the leaves are beautiful. 2、Let’s check 听音，在横线上写出你听到的句子。

三、

Consolidation and extension 1、

活动：结伴去旅行

活动方式：以小组为单位，假设我们有机会外出旅游，讨论一下我们什么时候去是最好的时机，把讨论的结果填入表格，然后派一名代表汇报结果。
