Unit 4 It`s warm today

A let`s learn and Let`s talk

教学目标：

1.学生能够听说认读单词：

warm hot cool cold weather

2.学生能够运用句型

“What`s the weather like in …? It`s warm today.

Can I wear my …? Yes ,you can.\No ,you can`t.”来描述天气，能够说出在不同的天气情况下该穿什么衣服。

3.学生能够听懂指示语，并按要求作出相应动作。如：It`s warm today.Take off your jacket.”

4.学生能够了解华氏和摄氏的区别。

二．教学重难点：

1.学生对各个地方的天气描述。

2.学生对“Can I wear my …? Yes ,you can .No,you can`t.”句型的使用及人称的转换。

课件、录音机

四．教学过程：

（一）Warm up

T: It`s …Today ,there are many teachers here ,come on.

1.Let`s do .(三单元A部分)

2.Sharp eyes.(Say as quickly as you can.)课件复习衣服。

3.T：Today,I wear my coat,What do you wear ?

S:…（通过复习第三单元衣服，为学习天气，该穿什么衣服做铺垫。承上启下）

（二）Presentation.

Let`s learn

1.today ,Let`s talk about weather.(板书)让学生猜测如何发音，如果学生猜不出，再渗透发音。(ea sweater bread father brother mother)

2.T: Look, spring comes, the trees become green,The sun is shining.flowers are blooming.the weather becomes warm(语音渗透)

“It`s warm today.I can wear my…”

以此类推，讲授

hot cool cold (语音渗透，课件展示。)

对于cool和cold的区别，cool cold，渗透语音。（学生以小组的形式根据已掌握的的发音规律来学习讨论新单词的发音，对学生是一种锻炼，提高学生自学单词的能力。）

3.Oh,It`s 7:30,It`s time to watch the weather report.Answer my question:What`s the weather like in Lhasa? Answer:It`s cool in Lhasa.

4.T：“What`s the weather like in Beijing? Who wants to be a weather reporter？come here and tell us.”引出“It`s hot in Hong Kong. It`s warm in Beijing. It`s cold in Harbin .”（自主学习，激发兴趣。）

5.Let`s chant.（47页。）（对新学的四种天气进行巩固，学生乐学易记。）

Let`s talk

1. Children,Mike has a new shirt ,He wants to wear it. Let`s watch the cartoon,find out “Can Mike wear his new shirt?” “Why?”

Answer:No,he can`t.T: How does Mike ask? Mike asks:(书)Can I wear my new shirt today?How does mom answer?Mom answers:(板书)No, you can`t. T:Why? S: It`s cold today.(连读，解释)

2. Another day ,Can Mike wear his new shirt ?Why? Watch again,answer.

S a:No,he can`t.T:Why?S: It`s cold too.T:How does Mike ask? S:Mom,Can I wear my new shirt today? T:How does mom answer?S:No,you can`t.

3. T:Oh, the sun comes out , It`s warm today. (学生带着兴奋的语气读) T:Can I wear my new shirt today?Together:Yes,you can.

T:But Mike take out a T-shirt,What does he want to do?I`m mom,You are Mike.(表演)S: Mom,Can I wear my T- shirt today? T:Yes ,you can.（分成三部分来学习，对于学生学习长篇文章，有帮助，低了难度。）

4.Listen and repeat.（让学生听录音，模仿语音语调，提高口语和听力，应该多放几遍。让后进生也有时间学会。）

Practise

1.Listen and try to imitate.(Let`s talk) practise in pairs.（以小组的形式，互帮互助，共同进步。）

2.Make new sentences,discuss with your deskmates.

A:Can I wear my …today?

B:Yes,you can.It`s …today.\No, you can`t.It`s …today.

3Listen and number.(Activity book) 小组内讨论如何排序，依据是什么。把答案整理出来，汇报。(学生根据本节课学到的知识输出，变成自己的知识。)

5.Good to know.华氏和摄氏的区别，老师出示公式，让小组内把换算的结果讨论出来，再汇报。（学生应该知道中西方文化差异，学习人家的语言，同时得了解人家的文化、习惯，不能只知道皮毛。）

（四）

Summary.

学生自己来复述本节课所学知识。，单词和句型。以小组的形式。（让学生自己或者小组的形式来总结本节课所学，也是对本节课知识的掌握和巩固，比老师单纯的自己说说有效果。）

（五）homework

1.Listen to the tape twice .(Let`s learn Let`s talk),Try to read them fluently.

2.Use the sentences to talk about “How to wear the clothes?” （作业的设计得符合本课的知识点，拓展或者巩固，不能随便。）
