[设计意图：教师与学生进行歌曲演唱，通过歌词的内容引导学生进入本单元的动物话题。并通过复习将以前的动物类词汇进行复现,引导学生复习旧知，为后面学习奠定基础。]

Animals are our friends. I have some animal pictures, please listen and guess. [设计意图：创设情境，设置悬念，激发兴趣，自然引出本节课的重点词汇。] 2、呈现单词，完善情境，学习新知

a、Learn to say “fish”.

Is this your fish? Is that your fish? Yes, it is . /No ,it isn’t.

教师范读、指名读, 开火车读，拼读，跟PPT读，板书。

b、Learn the word “hen” .

S : Is this your hen ? Yes , it is.

T : Is that your hen? No, it isn’t.

c、Learn the word “goose”.

T : What’s this ？

S : It’s a goose.

生试着读，Is this your goose ? Is that your goose? Yes, it is ./ No, it isn’t.

师带读，点名读，男女生PK读, 生拼读师板书。

[设计意图：学生通过拼读，跟PPT读，并应用到句子中，轻松自然地突破了fish、 hen、 goose的读音以及应用。并且在情境中自然教学，保持学生学习兴趣。] Step 3 Practice 1、role play. 学生当小老师带读所学单词。

2、What’s missing?学生看清所有单词后，学生闭上眼睛，老师拿走其中一张，学生找出缺失的单词。
