教学目标: 1.在情景中，整体理解Story time内容。并能听懂、会说、会读对话中出现的词汇：take, station, walk, bookshop, along, ask the way, get to, get on/off, turn right/left, next to, traffic light, on your right/left. 2.能听懂、会说、会读句型：How do I get to...? You can... Go along this street. Turn left/right at the traffic lights. You can see...on your right.并理解句型的意思。

3.能够在理解的基础上流利地朗读课文。

4.能尝试用第一人称复述去苏海家的路线。

教学重点: 1.能听懂，会读，会说，会用How do I get to …? 及回答：Go along this street. Turn left/ right at the traffic lights. Get on/ off … at …Station. You can see the … on the left/ right.

教学过程：

Step1 Free talk T: I live in Binhai. I go to work by car. Where do you live? How do you come to school? Where does Su Hai live? 设计意图：通过free talk环节，创设学习英语的氛围，激起学生的旧知，激发学生说的兴趣，自然进入课文的学习。

Step2 Presentation and consolidation

Yang Ling tries to remember the way to Su Hai’s home. She tries to retell the way. If you were Yang Ling，can you retell? (借助地图和板书）

设计意图：通过让学生自读，引导学生找出本课的重点句型，并根据

所提取的句型进行文本叙述，促进学生语言运用能力的形成。
