阅读理解的要求：

考生读懂熟悉的有关日常生活话题的简短文字材料，例如公告，说明，广告，以及书，报，杂志中关于一般话题的简短文章。

1.长度：四篇阅读总词数不少于900词，控制在1100 左右，最长的文章长度在320词左右。

2.最常考的七大题材：人物故事，社会生活，文化教育，科普应用，环境地理，广告宣传，时事新闻。文章选材注重体现原汁原味，有考生不太熟悉的话题，但不会影响答题。

3.最常考的五种体裁：记叙文，夹叙夹议文，说明文，议论文，应用文。

4.出自国外主流媒体：如网站，报纸，杂志，书籍等。文章注重传递正确的人生观，注重传递快乐的心情，不涉及宗教信仰。
