Step1设疑自探(8minutes)

To learn the new words : member ,son, daughter, drive ,policeman, radio T : To talk about how to pronounce the words correctly.

T: To read the text carefully and translate it into Chinese in seven. OK?

Step2解疑合探

(15minutes)

Then encourage the Ss to stand up and read the words, if all the Ss do not know how to read, the

teacher should tell them.

1) Ss to read language points on the Bb and explain some difficult sentences. If there is something wrong, the teacher should correct it.

Let Ss listen to the tape and complete exercise 1.

3) Then let the Ss read the text, choose some Ss to stand up and read

it .
