一、教材分析：

本课的教材内容是牛津教材高一第二学期Module Three, Unit6 的More Reading，Keys to a better life。

本单元的主题“Ideas and viewpoints”对于某一事件发表自己的观点。本篇课文来源于网络，针对reading中提到的美国青少年花费巨大这一现象，介绍了Teach Children to Save Day这样一个特殊的日子，帮助孩子树立孩理财观念，学习简单的理财技巧。

二、学生情况分析：

1 起点能力：

我校学生普遍英语整体水平和能力较为一般，基础知识较为薄弱，尤其是词汇量方面和口语表达能力。需要教师给予更多语言的支撑和课堂上的鼓励。

2 情感认知：

虽然学生的英语技能较为一般，但对于学习的热情还较为高涨，有相当一部分同学对于英语学习的兴趣较为浓厚，十分渴望能在课堂教学中获得较多的英语知识和技能的培养。同时对于教师教学的设计活动和目的的领会能力也较好。尤其当他们遇到他们感兴趣的话题时，学生的参与性很强。教师应充分激发起学生的学习兴趣，学生在英语语言学习环境下，除了要理解和掌握课文的主要内容，还要潜移默化地发展学生的情感认知。

七．教学反思

本课的设计基本能够较好地符合学生的发展需求和能力培养。尤其是导入部分，能迅速地吸引学生对于管理零花钱这个话题的兴趣，从而活跃了课堂气氛，为接下来的阅读文本做好了铺垫。在最后的小组讨论和公开发表个人关于理财的看法的教学环节中，也能较好地跳动学生的积极性，提升他们表达语言的能力和自信心。但在阅读方面，略显形式单一，课堂上出现学生的思维不够活跃的现象。因此，如果让学生提前预习这部分内容，在课上增加一个环节：让他们自己设计问题或提出疑问，随之进行回答，这样的效果可能会更好。
