《At the zoo》

教学目标

(一)知识与技能

1.学生能够在语境中理解Come here. It has…的语用功能，并在图片或动作的帮助下，使用It has…描述动物的身体部位。

2.学生能够朗读对话并进行角色表演。

3. 小组之间能够用riddle的形式进行巩固练习，提高学生说与听的能力。

(二)过程与方法

让学生在小组活动中针对不同的动物练习语言。

(三)情感、态度与价值观

教育学生要学会善于观察，准确描述和表达。

教学重难点

教学重点：

灵活运用所学的形容词来描述动物的外貌。

教学难点：

It has a ...和It has ...的区别。

教学过程

1、Warm up:

Chant and do: Be fat. Be fat. Be fat, fat, fat!

Be thin. Be thin. Be thin, thin, thin!

Be tall. Be tall. Be tall, tall, tall!

Be short. Be short. Be short, short, short!

Greeting :Hello, children, I’m your new teacher. Do you want to know more about me? My English name is Cathy, I like the animals, and I like to watch the animal world, I know all the animals, for example ...... Today I want to go to the zoo, do you want to go with me ? Ok, come here, children.

2、Revision:

课件依次闪入几个动物，复习句型：Look at the ...it’s so ...同时引入新授单词big,small.并进行字母i和字母all的简单的语音归类，让学生感知。

New lesson

1)延续观赏动物的情节，教师继续说：Ok,children,I like the elephant best. look, it has big ears,教读big ears,并板书句型It has...学生跟说并模仿。

2)课件展示dog,让学生观察比较，并能说出：Look at the dog, it has small ears.

3)T:I like big eyes,(课件展示big eyes)，Which animal has big eyes?(让学生去猜)

Ss: It’s a fish. It has big eyes.学生边说边做。

同样此法猜mouse,边做边说It has small eyes.

4)T: Is it a fish? 课件展示whale(被遮挡)，

Ss: NO.

T: Yes, it’s not a fish, it’s a whale. a big whale. it has a big body.让学生边做边说。

课件出示snake, T: look at the snake, it’s so long.(引出新授词long,并教读)

让学生描述出it has a long body。

5)继续延伸long.课件出示tail. T: Look, it’s a tail. Is it long or short?

让学生回答出long tail,并模仿it has a long tail,同时猜测which animal has a long tail? 学生回答出it’s a monkey.

6)T:Ok,children,do you like riddles? Who can read it?

S1: It has a short tail,

It has long ears,

It’s white.

Ss: it's a rabbit.

通过谜语的形式，练习句型it has a short tail.

7)通过PK的形式练习a long nose和

a short nose

8)师生互动活动，I say, you say.复习以上学过的短语和句型。

9)导入文本，T: Look, Miss white and the children are coming, we are in the zoo, they are here too, what are they talking about? let’s watch the video and answer the question.

Question: What are they talking about?

10)学生默读课文，进行填空练习。

11)学生看图，对大象进行描述。

12)Listen and repeat. 学生齐读课文。

4、Practice：

T: Today we saw so many animals in the zoo, at last, let’s go to the dinosaur land. Wow, a big guy. Can you describe it?课件出示恐龙，学生对其进行描述。

拆信封，猜谜语。
