1. To elicit Ss to get the main points by locating specific information. 2. To develop Ss’ abilities of expressing their perspective on individual personalities by using the vocabulary and patterns in the article. Emotion objective: 1.To enable students to look on the bright side of introverted people and imrove their confidence 2.To cultivate students’ mutual learning ability and motivate their right attitude towards career development Difficulties: To express the perspective on individual personalities with vocabulary and expressions of describing personalities.

Steps Teaching Aims Teacher’s Activities 

Ask Ss to think about individual personalities and draw Ss’ attention to the topic. Ask Ss to skim the article and divide it according to the main ideas of the reading material.
