Tape 三年级学生经过一个学期的学习，对英语有了基本的认识，并且有了一定的语言基础知识。在老师的引导下，基本能运用所学的句型进行简单的语言操练。三年级的孩子模仿力强，在课堂上的学习积极性较高，而且本课句型比较简单，如果能熟练掌握单词，学生学起来应该会比较轻松自如。

教育家叶澜说过：“一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师，如果一个教师写三年教学反思可能成为名师。”这句话非常实在，其用意在教育我们要重视反思。

本节课所教的是小学三年级英语下册Unit4第一课时。结合学生的实际情况将教学内容加以整合，依托教材，而又活用教材不做教材的奴隶。这课我的主要内容是学习关于情绪的5个单词，并学会用句子正确表达自己和他人的情绪。由点到面，由易到难，学生容易接受，事实证明也是如此。

我所上的这课内容有趣，将音乐、游戏、竞赛、奖励结合起来，激发学生的兴趣,学生们一直饶有兴

趣、让英语课成为了学生的一种享受，。

我认为只有促使学生从一个成功走向另一个成功，学生才能体会到学习的乐趣和成功的喜悦，也只有学习成功，学生学习英语的兴趣才能长久保持。因此我根据学生的层次为他们创造成功的阶梯目标，这样给他们创造得到奖励的机会。在教学中采用个别奖励和集体奖励相结合，个别的奖励培养他们的成就感，集体奖励培养了集体荣誉感。 不经反省的人生是没有意义的人生，只有经过反思的教学，才是更有效的教学，教学只有更好，没有最优。当然，本节课也存在着很多的不足。那就是我的语速过快，有些课堂用语，学生听得不是很清晰，这样就导致学生不理解教师发出指令的意思，使一小部分学生在回答问题时无从下手。另外，我的教学设计过分地注重小组合作，注重培养学生的小组合作精神，而培养学生个体意识的练习只有一两个。我应设计一些既能体现个体又能发挥整体性的教学环节，使学生个体与整体联系起来，达到学以致用的目的。

通过这节课我深深地感受到，教师应该真真正正的关注每一名学生的发展，把学生的兴奋细胞统统调动起来，才能让学生真正的成为课堂上的小主人。我还要努力钻研课材，多学习，让自己真正地成为一名优秀的小学英语教师。
