一、整体设计思路、体现的理念
本课是一个富有趣味性的故事,主要采用了故事教学法。喜欢故事是儿童的天性,好的故事更有益于激发学生英语学习的兴趣,调动学生学习英语的积极性。学生是第一次接触故事教学,本课以Books 为切入点,从课前预热,到课中的看卡通视频整体感知,用看图排序、分角色演故事等多种方式体验感知理解故事,教师让学与生,预设学生活动,充分体现以学生为学习的主体。设计形式多样学生喜欢的活动让学生快快乐乐的用英语做事,这样既培养学生听说读演基本技能,又发散了学生敢于想象的思维能力,让学生学会如何进行故事阅读。
本课评价,把教学内容“You are great.”作为评价学生贯穿整个教学活动。
二、教学背景
1.
教学内容分析:
本教学设计内容选自重大版四年级上册第一单元的Story Corner 。本单元的主题是围绕Books,而Story Corner部分是本单元的延伸和升华。
2. 学生情况分析:
本课的教学内容是四年级上册的故事教学,重在综合运用,因此本课将始终在情景中进行新知的体验和学习,逐步帮助学生建立新旧知识的联系,体会英语学习带来的喜悦,进一步保持学习英语的兴趣。
三、教学目标
1.语言知识目标:
1)学生能理解并运用单词以及句型
“heavy”,“ What’s in it?” 2)学生能在故事情景中理解词汇“comic books”句子“you are great.”
2.语言技能目标:
1)学生能借助动画整体感知故事,听懂故事,了解故事概要。
2)借助分角色演故事等多种形式体验感知故事、理解故事,发挥想象、改编故事。
3)全体学生能在图片和教师的帮助下分角色朗读故事。
4)在教师帮助下,学生能表演故事和改编故事。
3. 学习策略目标:
借助动画和录音,绝大部分学生能模仿并表达故事人物的情感。
4. 情感态度目标:
1)学生喜欢读故事,并能够体验故事的乐趣,并积极尝试使用英语表达。
2) 通过本故事学习,培养学生乐于读书,善于读书。
四、教学重、难点
1. 教学重点:
学生能听懂故事大意,全体学生能在图片和教师的帮助下分角色朗读故事,绝大部分学生能表演故事。
2. 教学难点:
发挥想象借助动画和情景图,部分学生能表演故事和改编故事。
五、教学过程设计(方法、手段、意图)

Ss:You are great! T:You are great,too. 【设计意图】通过继续运用故事寓意和目标句式“You are great.”进行评价总结,升华情感。
3.Homework:
T:The homework for you.Try to act out the story and make a new story with your friends. 【设计意图】引导学生通过作业的完成进一步巩固新学内容,充分体验与朋友分享故事表演所给予的英语学习的快乐,分层作业,满足不同层次学生发展需要。

1)学生对故事情景词汇和核心词汇的掌握方面。
2)学生对故事的朗读语气模仿方面。
3)学生学习的积极性、主动性、参与性。
4)学生对故事的表演方面。
5)小组的合作意识,互帮互助意识。
6)学生的想像力,发散思维方面。
2. 评价方法:
全班分成几个小组,课堂上让学生自主学习,融入课堂,掌握方法,有所收获来评价。用目标语言句子“You are great.”贯穿整个评价过程。
