Step 2 Leading-in(2 min) Enjoy a song : I am sorry Ss can clap their hands
Step 3 Word River(8min)
Play a game: word river Only when the students pronounce the words
properly can the boat cross the river. Learn pencil、book、ruler、rubber one by one Ss read one by one
Step 4 Games(2min) Play games : What’s coming & What’s missing Ss say the coming words and missing words quickly and loudly (answer one by one)
Step 5 Guess (2min) T: take out a bag with pencils、books、rulers、rubbers in it and ask Ss to guess what I’m going to take out of the bag.
Step 6 Review and learn(10min) 1.
Show the words they have learned so as to review the sentence structure:
This is ... (show the pictures and ask) T: What’s this? Ss: This is a banana/peach/cherry.

Learn This is my... (show the pictures and ask) T: What’s this? Ss: This is my pencil/book/ruler/rubber.

Review Is this...?
(show the pictures and ask) T: Is this a rubber? Ss: Yes
T: Is this a ruler? Ss: No. This is a pencil.

Step 7 Story time(10min) Watch the cartoon and then answer two questions: 1.
Who are they?

What happened ? Learn the sentences:I’m sorry. That’s ok.
