一、学生分析

经过一年的英语学习,学生对学习英语保持着较高的兴趣,且已打下一定的英语语音学习基础,也发展了一些英语学习能力。在学习本课时之前,学生已经在第一、第二课时学习了动词ing的发音。因此本课时将结合发音练习加强复习。

二、教材分析

本课时学习第2单元第3课时的painting, reading, sleeping, singing, fishing and swimming 的发音,通过学习部分动词ing的发音让学生学会融会贯通,会读更多动词ing的发音。

三、教学目标:

1.知识目标

掌握ing 的发音以及ing在单词末尾连读的发音。

2.技能目标

(1)听:能听出含有ing的单词。

(2)说:能使用学习的单词及句型来编歌谣,表演等。

(3)读:能读出有ing相关的单词和句子。

3. 情感目标

培养学生的语音语感,提高学生的英语学***,增强学生的自信。

4. 学习策略目标

通过情境教学法、小组合作学习的方法和游戏教学法来教学。

四、教学重点和难点

教学重点:ing的发音。

教学难点:动词辅音结尾ing拼读的发音。

五、教具准备:ppt, 单词卡片等。

Greetings T:Good morning, boys and girls ! Do you know my name?

Ss: No. T: Let me tell you about my name. I’m Jane. Hello!(把名字卡片贴黑板) Ss: Hello! T:Look! What is Jane doing?( PPT播放playing, singing, running, reading, sleeping, painting.) Ss:…. T: You’re so clever. I’ll divide you into six groups .Boys and girls , let’s do some actions together. Stand up, please. (打招呼引入,直奔主题。复习已经学过的动词ing形式,为展开新课作准备。) Step 2 Presentation T: So great! I’ll give you some tickets for attending the Children’s palace. They’re free.You can discuss in group. What subjects do you like?(PPT 播放

Hello, boys and girls, here’s our Children’s Palace. Look! He’s reading. She’s dancing. They’re swimming. The girls are singing. The boys are writing. Amy is painting. Where are Tony and Jenny? They’re fishing outside. What about Jane? Oh, she’s sleeping at home.) T: Please listen again. When you hear “ing” sound? Please clad your hands.

Ss: OK! (以篇章形式带出所学的单词ing的发音,让学生初步感知。)

T: Excellent! Today, we’re going to learn the “ing” sound. Let’s read the words.(singing, playing, doing, studying, going,seeing.) And “ing”

Step 3 Practice 1 T:Well done. Let’s listen to the passage again. And try to circle the verb-ing sound.(PPT播放)。Now, let’s read them out. (让学生认知ing的书写并能读出相关的篇章。)

2 T: Boys and girls. Let’s make out the words. First, let me make a model for you. When I read “standing”, you should hold up the word cards and read quickly. Are you ready? Ss:Yes. (以游戏的形式加强学生对动词ing的拼读,以拓展学生的拼读能力和词汇量。)

Step 4 Production T: I think you are so good. Let’s enjoy your learning in the Children’s Palace. You can make a chant like this: ting, ting, we are painting, painting a cat.

(回归主题,以歌谣的形式来展示学生参加少年宫的所学所得来。)
