教学内容：Unit4 Story time 教学目标：

1、 To make the students understand the whole story. 2、To make the students listen say read and write the following words: check,dentist,anything,bedtime,brush one’s teeth, drink water,eat sweets, have a rest, take medicine,fever, headache, toothache. 能力目标：

1 To make the students have the ability to read the whole story. 2 To make the students have the ability to act the dialogue. 3 To make the students use some sentences in real situation: What’s wrong with...? ... Have/has a .... What should ...do? Why does/do ...have a...? 情感目标：

To make students know what they should do to keep themselves health. 教学重难点：

1 To make the students listen say read and write the following words: check,dentist,anything,bedtime,brush one’s teeth, drink water,eat sweets, have a rest, take medicine,fever, headache, toothache. 2 To make the students use some sentences in real situation: What’s wrong with...? ... Step 1 Greetings What day is today?S:... Do you like sweets?S:..（在自由谈话的时候，电话铃声突然响起，学生Lily生病电话请假，现场情景模拟，这样激发了学生的学习兴趣，为下一步的英语教学打下了基础，然后通过问答，Lily 生病了她应该做什么?自然导入今天所学的内容：Seeing the doctor）

Step 2 Presentation of the whole story. 1、Watch the whole story and answer the following question: Who is seeing the doctor？

Step 3 Learning of Part 1 1、 Read Part 1. 2、Tick the doctor’s suggestions she has a fever.She should have a rest, take some medicine and drink some warm water.设计意图：本环节以“语言的应用”为核心，引导学生运用目的语进行交际。遵循课文教学“整体性”的原则，设计各种教学活动，让学生自然巧妙地学习了对话。

Step 4 Learning of Part 2 1、 Read by yourselves 2、Judge. 3、Find the answer. A、Find the answers. Find the answers of questions again on the book. Because he eats a lot of sweets. He should brush his teeth in the morning and before bedtime. He shouldn’t eat too many sweets.设计意图：带着智慧阅读理解文本大意，然后对于出示的题目作出正确的判断，进一步巩固对这部分文本的理解。

Step 5 Performance 1、Try to retell the story.设计意图：本环节以“语言的应用”为核心，引导学生运用目的语进行交际。遵循课文教学“整体性”的原则，让学生自然巧妙地学习了对话。

2、Act the storytime.设计意图：表演是学生喜欢的课堂活动，他们运用已掌握的目的语和原有的英语知识，发挥自己的创造力和想象力进行活动，使学生在轻松愉快的氛围中进行交际性练习，充分体现了英语学习的实践。

3、Finish the Medical Record. Step 7 Homework 1、 Read storytime after the tape. 2、Review the sentences about how to see the doctor. 设计意图：作业的设计，有利于学生进一步理解，巩固所学新知，拓展了英语学习的时空。

板书设计设计意图：通过教师的简笔画、图片等多样的形式让学生看着黑板就能说出文本的内容。
