教学目标：

1. 能听懂、会读、会说单词：eleventh, eighth, together, play games. 2. 能听懂、会读、会说日常用语：When’s your birthday? What do you do on your birthday? 及回答It’s on… I usually…. 3. 能正确的理解并朗读课文，在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。

4. 能了解中西方文化中不同的生日风俗习惯。

教学重点：

1. 能正确理解并朗读课文，在教师的帮助下尝试复述课文。

2. 能初步运用本课所学的词汇和句型询问别人的生日以及如何过生日。

教学难点：

日期的表达法。

教学过程：

Step 1 Warming up 出现我生日的照片，简单的介绍：This is my twenty-ninth birthday. I have a big dinner with my families. We eat a birthday cake and some noodles.Do you want to know when’s my birthday. Step 2 Presentation

1.talk about my birthday 让学生通过看日历和提示，说出我的生日日期。

2.talk about your birthday

让学生问同桌的生日，运用句型When’s your birthday? It’s on the 日（序数词）of 月。并读一读序数词：first
