【教材及学情分析】:

三年级的学生处于整个小学阶段的中年级阶段，因此在语言水平上，学生的输出与表达都有限，需要教师的引导，在教学上要尽量把知识点的复现性抬高，这样学生在教学结束时才能真正做到会读，会认这些单词。而且三年级的学生对于课堂的趣味性也还有很大的需求，教师应在教授新知识的同时不忘激发学生想学，乐学。再者，三年级的学生在知识点上也应有一定的阅读机会，对于语段与文本的接触的需求也更大了，教师在设计教学时，也应考虑到学生这方面的需求，尽量让课堂上的每一个学生能“吃饱”。

最后，在情感需求上，三年级的学生已然可以有深一层次的情感理解，让学生对植物有一定的理解，明白我们周围原来还有这么多有意思，对我们有帮助的植物。培养学生热爱生活，善于观察生活，热爱大自然的情感。

在学习本单元内容之前，学生已经在二年级接触过植物类的单词，如：tree, flower等，对于They are...的句型也在二年级的学习中有一定的了解；其它还有外形类形容词、颜色类词汇等，都是本单元内容学习的基础。

【单元教学目标】

1、能操练、运用植被类相关词汇，如：branch, leaf, trunk, root等，注意其发音与单复数。

2、能运用核心句型It has…来描述植物的组成部分，并运用It’s/ They are…等句型来描述其组成部分的特征以及简单说明喜欢某种植物的理由。

3、通过故事阅读，能运用We are… We have…等句型扮演种子、说说生长过程，了解植物的生命演变。

4、能正确拼读并比较含有五个元音字母的开闭音节单词。

5、进一步了解植物的多样（树、花），感受植被的美丽。
