Unit4 What colour is it?
Lesson1 Step1: Warm-up (3mins) 1. Greetings.
T: Good morning. I’m Miss Deng. Nice to meet you!
S: Nice to meet you too!
T: Today we are going to learn Unit4, lesson1. First let’s have a brief review
of colors. Look,(手上藏着红色心标志,指PPT上红色心, 假装变魔术一样把PPT上的红色心变到手里)What colour is it? S: It’s red.
T: Yes, it’s red. Group 1, the red group.(把红色心贴黑板右边) (拿起绿色标志一晃而过问)What color is it? S: It’s green.
T: Yes, group 2, the green group. (绿色心贴到黑板右边) (然后把剩下的小组标志直接贴上去)And then group 3,4,5,6. The blue, white, yellow and purple group. We have 6 groups. (示意黑板上贴着的小组标志) Now let’s begin our class, are you ready? (举拳头)
S: Yes!
T: Let’s go!(举拳头加油姿势)
First let’s watch the videos again and check your answers on the task sheet.(拿起任务单示意) Step2: Group work (9mins)
1. Play the videos. (4mins)
2. Group work.(5mins)
T: OK. Now it’s time for group work. (放PPT三个任务) Discuss the three tasks with your partners.

T:Now let’s check the answers. Task1, What does “help” mean?
Who wanna try?
S:表示帮助的意思。
T:
Great! And try to read it. Hands up. S: help,help. (可多请几个学生) T:Great! (示意这组学生跟点到的学生读)Follow him. T: Congratulations! You get a reward. (递给学生奖品)Here you are.
S: Thank you. (如果学生不说就不把奖品给他并提醒)

T:What the meaning of “Can I help you?”
S: 表示“需要我帮忙吗?”
T:Yes, and who can read it? (手拿句子走下台,
包里要揣几个奖品)
S: Can I help you? Can I help you?(多请几个学生读,每个读对了就给一个奖品并说Here you are. 要学生说Thank you. 最后请一个能干的学生)
T: Well done. Come here to be a little teacher. (请一个能干的学生上台拿着句子用大小声的方式教大家)
T:(把句子贴到黑板上,老师再教一遍)Can I help you? T:Well done! Now let’s try to dub the pictures. Look at me. (放几张动画图片,配音) Now who wanna try? (学生不生动教师要示范)

“I lost a…”
T: What’s the meaning of “I lost a…”? Who will try? (走下讲台,挑一个离自己近的学生回答)
S: I lost a…
表示“我丢了一个什么”.
T: Perfect. (假装把激光笔放桌上,从包里拿奖品双手递给学生)Here you are.
S: Thank you!
T: (不拿笔走向讲台,
假装不知道激光笔放哪儿去了到处找的样子)Oh, I lost a pen. (重复几次,然后找到) Here it is! (在黑板上写下I lost a…这个句子,用激光笔比在a后面并读出“I lost a pen.”然后拿起钢笔磁贴,贴在a后面,请学生读。“I lost a…, who wanna try?”
(多请几个学生读,物品替换成球,汽车,多请几个学生读。)
Task2 Let’s act T: What’s does “Here you are” mean? (把句子贴在黑板上) Who will try? S:
表示给你
T:Well done! Make a story with “I lost a…”, “Here you are” and act it out. Who’d like to be my partner?(事先请一个学生来跟自己一起演这个场景). (师生合作表演,教师不小心丢了笔,然后发现说“Oh, I lost a pen!”
被走在后面的学生捡到,还给教师并说“Here you are”。教师回答“Thank you!”表情动作要夸张)
Then who will try? S: 表演(可以多请两个组)
T: Here you are. (双手递给学生一个奖品)
S: Thank you. Task3 Let’s match T: Let’s match. Number1, Miss Liu? Lu Hua?
S: Miss Liu. (放PPT第一个答案,黑板上贴刘老师头像) T: Number 2?
S: Lu Hua. (学生说一个老师贴一个头像, 这个环节尽量喊离讲台近的学生) T: Good! Here you are. (给学生一个奖品) Look, Lu Hua lost a?(举起手中的球和钢笔等物品)A pen? A ruler? A ball?
S: A ball. T: What color is it? (在黑板上贴这个句子,然后拿起两种不同颜色的球问)It’s red? Or it’s yellow and blue?
S: It’s red.
T: It’s red. (把红色球贴黑板,指着红色球,边说边写下这句话。特别再教读一下颜色单词) (每个人物的物品都用这种方式呈现,逐一在黑板上贴出来)
Step4: Practice (6mins)
Task4: Retell the text. T: Look, here is a guide for the text. (给人物连上线条)Let’s retell the text. First, Miss Liu and Lu Hua. (放PPT对话截图) Miss Liu
“Can I help you?”. Lu Hua
“Yes, I lost a ball”(指句子) “What color is it?”
“It’s red.”(指句子)。
“Here you are.”
“Thank you.” PPT放出第一段对话。
T: (放出完整文本)This is the whole text. Practice the text with the leading of group leader. (分小组练习课文,组长领读)
T:Role-play reading. Miss Liu and Rex. Group1,2,3, you are Miss Liu. Group 4,5,6, you are Rex. Miss Liu, Can I…go.
T: Then Miss Liu and Hao Tian. All the girls, you are Miss Liu, and the boys, you are Hao Tian,Ok? Now Miss Liu, Can I…go.
Step5: Consolidation (6mins) Task5 Role play.
T: (教师先戴头套找人一起演示范)Work in groups. Try to act out the story. (学生在准备时老师就要把东西拿出来摆好) T:
GroupX and group X, which is better? If you think group X is good, hands up. (用手势示意) If you think group X is good, hands up.
(看举手支持哪个组的人多就给那个组发两个奖品) Great. Group X you get two rewards. One, two. You did a good job. Group X you get one reward. You did a good job too.
Step6: Summary and extension(2mins)
T: Let’s see what do we learn from this class. Who will try?
S: 我们学了给别人递东西的时候说Here you are….要用双手
T: Yes, Today we have some new words and sentences. And we learnt that we should always be ready to help others. We should use both hands when you pass something. And remember to keep your things in a right place or you will lost them.
Step7: Assessment(2min)
T: Now let’s see which group is the winner? Let’s count.1,2,3,4…(走到第一组拿起盒子里的奖品数)
Now group 2, group leader please count. (每个组请小组长数数,老师把数字写在黑板上小组标志后面)Group X, Congratulations! You are the winner. Ok, class dismiss and see you! Bye-bye!(表情动作要夸张)
