Lesson 7

On the School Bus! 教学目标

1、知识与技能目标：学生能听懂、会说、认读并书写词汇：umbrella、Ms.以及driver。

学生能认读、理解并运用问句：Do you always go to school by bus?

2、过程与方法目标：运用情景创设法、多媒体技术直观地学习如何询问和表达日常出行的方式，达到让学生自然交流和综合运用的目的。

3、情感态度与价值观目标：学生能够根据天气以及距离选择正确出行的交通工具和出行方式。培养学生健康的生活理念。学生能够树立运用英语交流的态度，提高自身能力。

教学重点

1、本课要求听说读写的单词以及重点句型的掌握运用。

2、掌握用一般现在时（主语是单三与非单三）和

go to…by…、walk to…以及ride one’s bike等短语句型表达日常生活中的出行方式。

教学难点

学生能够理解always、often、sometimes、never 等频率副词的意义差别以及具体运用。

教学过程

Step1: Greetings.

Step2: Leading-in and presentation

T: How do you go to school?

Ss: I go to school by bus/car/bike….

T: How do I go to school, do you know?

Ss:By bike.

T: No,no,no. It depends on the weather. Look, how’s the weather?

Ss:It’s sunny.

T: Yes. So I ride my bike to school on sunny days. Look at this picture. It’s rainy. So I go to school by bus. Now, look at this girl. What’s in her hand?

Ss: 雨伞。

T: Yes. It’s an umbrella. Look at this word-umbrella. U pronounce /^/. So we say ‘an umbrella’, not ‘a umbrella’. I have my umbrella on a rainy day. Do I walk to school?

Ss: No.

T: Yes, you are right. I live far from our school. So I don’t walk to school. Look at this picture. What’s the weather like from Monday to Friday?

Ss: It’s sunny.

T: Yes. And I ride my bike to school. So I can say, I always go to school by bike.（出示句子）

Pay attention to this word. Guess, what’s the

meaning?

Ss: 总是，一直。

T: Yes.（教师教授发音，领读。领读玩单词以后，读句子）now, look at this picture. It isn’t sunny all the time. How to say?

Ss: …….

T: We can say it like this. I often ride my bike to school. Sometimes I go to school by bus. Do I walk to school?

Ss: No.

T: So we can say, I never walk to school.（给学生呈现这几句话，然后在黑板上板书always, often, sometimes, never，并用“﹥”连接。结合出示的图片以及黑板上的符号，让学生体会这四个词所表达的频率含义）

T: Look. This is my lunch. How to use these words to say the sentence?（出示五天都是面条的图片）

S1: I always eat noodles.

T: Yes. You are right. Please sit down. Now look at Jenny’s lunch. How to say it about dumplings?

S2: Jenny often eat dumplings.

T: Is he/she right? Who can help him/her?

S3: Jenny often eats dumplings.

T: Yes. Look at this sentence. Pay attention to “s”. jenny eats…（让学生注意动词要与主语保持主谓一致，即频率副词不影响主谓一致）

Now who can say the sentence about noodles?

S4: Jenny sometimes eats noodles.

T: Good job. Please sit down. Class, do you always play basketball?（教师出示打篮球的照片问学生此问题，并将问题板书到黑板上）

Ss: Yes. /No. I often play it.（学生答完以后将黑板上的问答写全）

T: Do you always do your homework?

S5: Yes, I do.

（然后教师出示洗脸、洗盘子以及跳舞的照片，给学生固定的时间，让学生同桌两人进行问答并展示）

T: Class, how does jenny go to school? Do you know? Let’s watch the video and answer some questions.

T: Ok. Question time. Question 1: who is the school bus driver?

S6: Ms. Scott. （在此部分教授新单词driver 和Ms.）

T:

Question2:does jenny always go to school by bus? If you don’t know, you can read your books and find the answer.

S7: No, jenny often goes to school by bus.

T: Anyone else?

S8: Sometimes she rides her bike.

T: Good.（教师出示完整答案）the last one: does jenny walk to school?

S9: No, she never walks.

（问题环节是根据课文内容设计的三个问题，主要目的还是练习巩固四个频率副词的用法）

T: Class. Just now, you have done the good job. Now let’s read the passage after the video.（让学生跟读课文，读完课文以后让学生做课后题，并进行校正）

T: Are you right?

Ss: Yes.

T:Good. Now it’s relaxing time. Here’s a song. First, let’s listen.（让学生先听一遍歌曲，然后再学习）

T: Time’s up. Here is the homework. 1. Please use “always, often, sometimes

and never” to write a short passage.

2. Please read this lesson as fluently as you can.

3. Please sing the song to your parents or your friends. Goodbye!
