-----第二册Unit 7Animals第四课时教学案例武汉市江汉区红领巾学校陈姗姗教学内容:Join in五年级教材Unit 7Animals第四课时的会话及dialogue教学。学情分析:

a.我本节课的授课对象为红领巾寄宿学校五年级的学生。我校地处杨汊湖地区,生源主要为辖区内学生。由于家长理念与素质的差异,学生水平参差不齐。有的孩子很小就开始英语学习,层次较好;而有些孩子仅能完成课本的基础要求。考虑到学生的能力差异和不同的学习需求,我设计了符合他们不同水平的教学活动,满足不同层次孩子的需求。并注意不断的在活动之间搭设台阶,鼓励孩子在获得学习成就感的同时能向更高一层次发展。使他们积极参与,主动交流,学有所乐。

b. 本课的会话交流内容是Animals 这个单元的最后一节课,学生有一些相关的语言储备,已掌握本单元的句型:Does it…? Can it…? Has it got…? Is it…?学生还掌握了一些教材中学习过,可以用于Animals这个话题交流的句型:What colour is it? 等等。层次较好的学生还能运用课外收集的词汇,如: small, large, a short tail, live in the zoo等。

教学目标:

1.知识能力目标:

①能完全掌握并熟练运用前三课时所学的猜测动物的功能句。

②学生能掌握一定的阅读学习策略,从dialogue中汲取新的词汇与语句并运用到对话中。

③引导学生能综合运用已知的句型猜测动物,在情景会话中越说越多,越说好,越说越自信。

2.过程与方法:

围绕着以上教学目标,我在本课中设计了多样有趣的情景与活动。在课堂的开始,同学们一同开展“打败灰狼,拯救动物”行动。在情景中高效的复习了旧知,激发了学生兴趣。而后,在情境中设置深一层次小组拯救动物活动,帮助学生创新与实践语言。在Jackie与Emma猜动物的对话分享中,教师教授给学生

学习阅读的技巧与方法,培养学生一定的自主阅读能力;通过对话朗读,内化语言,汲取更多的新词与新句;最后通过比赛创编对话的情景设置,培养提高学生综合语言的运用能力。

3.情感态度目标:

①学生乐于用英语交流,善于表达;

②培养了学生的团队合作意识。

教学重难点:

1.教学重难点:

本课的教学重点是学生能在教师的启发下,掌握一定的阅读学习策略,汲取对话文本中的新词与新句,综合本单元的其他句型来猜测动物。而如何综合运用所学语言来猜测动物并将对话丰富则是本课的难点。我创设了一系列的真实有趣语言情景,通过不同层次、由易到难的操练活动层层递进实践语言,帮助学生逐步实现语言的综合真实运用。

2. 教法学法:

根据学生的年龄特点和认知水平,我在本节课中主要采用了启发式教学、情景教学、活动体验和互助合作的教学方式。围绕猜动物这一主题,设计多样化的课堂活动与游戏,激发学生的学习兴趣,参与语言实践。层层启发学生已有的语言知识储备,引导学生在学习过程中学会综合运用语言的交流能力。

课前准备:基本句型的卡纸,ppt, 灰狼的头罩,袋子,两个小动物,用于奖励的小动物图片。

教学步骤:

Step One: warming up.

T: Boys and girls. Welcome to Lily’s class. Today, I have a secret animal for you. Listen and guess, who is he?

Ss: A wolf.

T: Yes,But what is the wolf doing?Let’s see.

T: The wolf has caught many animals.

狼说:If your guess is right, the animal can be saved.(搞怪)can you ?

Do you want to save them?

Ss: Yes!

T: Let’s try!Please close your eyes. Wait a moment, 灰太狼is coming. Open your eyes. A handsome 灰太狼is here. You can ask him questions.

Wolf: Hello, everyone! I am Wolf ___. I have got so many animals, do you want to save them? Ask me questions.

T 对猜出的学生说:

Bingo!You are so clever. An amimal for you!

T: We’ve learnt so many sentences to know the animal. (pointed to the sentences).Let’s read together.

Ss: Does it …?

Can it…?

Is it…?

Has it got…?

Is it a….?

T: Now, let’s have a match , you are Group A and you are Group B.There is a secret animal behind your group. But how to guess? More key words can help you. If you are good, you can get a key word from me. So try your best! Okay?

T: Look! There is a bag in your group. Be wolf in your group. Make a dialogue. I give you three minutes,okay?

T: Now ,it’s the show time. Pay attention! If you speak correctly and loudly, you can get more key words for your group, okay? Who can have a try?

After acting:

I like your word. I like your sentence.

Do you think they can speak correctly?/ Loudly?

Congratulations to you! You got__key words for your group.

T: Who else wants to have a try?

After showing:

T: Congratulations! You have saved so many animals. Now, let’s learn more intersting animals and know more information about them. Are you ready? Ss: Yes!

Step Two:Presentation.

T: Look! Janny and Fanny will bring us a wonderful dialogue and guess an interesting animal. Let’s listen.

T: Are you clear? Now, let’s open your books.Read and find. First, try to understand the new words. Second, circle the new sentences.These words and sentences can give us more information. Pay attention to the tips.

T: Let’s read by yourself. Two minutes. let’s do it.

After two minutes,

T: Boys and girls, What’s your new word?

S1: I don’t know this word: Africa.

T: Good finder. Who can help him/her?

T: Now, you are the little teacher, can you teach us?

S: Africa.

T:Great! Read after him/her. This is Africa, and this is Africa.

T: Pay attention! There are three words begin with the big letter A,点红文本

T: This is America. This is Asia.

T: Now, I have so many animals. Do you know where do they live in?

T: This is a zebra. Where does it live? You can ask me.

Ss:Does it live in____?

T:Yes, you are right!

T:Look! This is panda.You can ask.

Ss:Does it live in____? T:Bingo!

In the same way, T teaches the other animals.

T: Do you have the other new word?

Ss: Heavy.

T:Good learner.

T: Look! The lion is..

S: heavy.

T: The hamster is light.

T: Do you know other words like heavy? Such as fat, thin…学生补充

T: Yes, these words can help us describe animals. Try to use them in your dialogue. T: Now what is your new sentence?

S1: Is it …or…?

T: Good finder.

Ss: Is it white?

Ss: Is it black?

T: What happens? Or飘向两句话中间

T带着学生说: Is it white or black? (twice)(重点练习升降调)

T: Is it...?

Ss: Is it…?

T: Is it …or …? Who can say? 单独点学生,奖励说的好的学生最后一句一起说。T: It’s____.(在练习中呈现三种回答)

基本操练-自由说

T: Can you say sentences with “or”?

Such as Is it thin or fat?

Is it yellow or black?

Have a try!

T: Look!Now, let’s read this dialogue together. This time, please pay attention to stress, raising tone and falling tone. Okay? Read after the tape.

T: Now, let’s have a group competition. Group one is Fanny and Group Two is Jackie. Let’s see which group is better. If you can do it well, you can get a key word from me.

T: I think group__ is better. A key word for you.

Step 3. Consolidation.

Ss:Two bears.
