本模块的话题是描述节日。Unit1的课文内容是以Amy和Sam向Lingling介绍Halloween为情境。他们告诉Lingling,

在英国Halloween是一个秋天的节日,晚上孩子们会穿上吓人的服装、帽子还有面具到邻居家索要糖果。

二、学生分析

学生已经有至少四年的英语学习基础,对于简单的问答练习都是可以完成的,所以在课堂上我多采用小组或同桌俩合作学习的形式。由于学生对西方文化习俗等常识的缺乏,所以在课堂上学生在口语表达上可能存在不流畅的问题或或多或少地语法错误。

三、教学目标

知识与技能目标:Students can understand and recognize words, Halloween, trick or treat, give, festival, scary, mask, neighbour and night. Students can use words, give and night. Students can grasp drills: Today is Halloween. It is an autumn festival in the UK. Children go to their neighbours’ houses and ask, “trick or treat?”

过程与方法目标:During the study, students can grasp the ways of describing festivals.

情感态度价值观:Students have a chance to know some western festivals and have interest in different culture between western countries and China.

四、教学重难点

教学重点:Know some culture about Halloween and try to describe the western or Chinese festivals which they are familiar with. 教学难点:the expression about festivals

五、教法与学法

根据课文内容,课堂上我采用了视听教学法,任务型教学法,情景教学法

学生主要采用自主学习和合作学习相结合的学习方法。
