Warm-up (1)
Greetings (2)
头脑风暴(Guessing the pictures) 教师出示狗，猫，鱼，猴子，老鼠等动物图片和钢笔，铅笔，尺子，文具盒等实物，学生说出相应的英语单词。

Presentation （1）学生打开课本22页或教师张贴挂图，师生一起看图。教师介绍语言情景：“Look at the picture.What can you see in the picture?The dog and the cat are playing hide and seek.The dog is looking for the cat.Look at the cat.It’s lovely.Where’s the cat?”教师向学生解释where’s 是where is的缩略形式。
教师利用玩具猫介绍第一幅图画，询问、板书并教学句型“Where’s the cat？It’s in the box.”利用单词卡教学单词in。
（2）教师利用玩具猫模拟课本图画情景，并依次介绍其他图画，运用“Where’s the cat?”询问，教学“It’s on/under the...”
同时利用单词卡教学单词on，under。
