教学过程：

Step 1 Lead-in

1.Befor our class, Let’s sing a song——Happy birthday 2.Do you know this song? When do we sing this song? Today is Alice’s birthday, we should say “Happy birthday to Alice.”

3.If you have a birthday party, what do you like doing on your birthday party? What do you have on your birthday party? Step 2 Presentation

1.Ok.On my birthday, there are many gifts. Look at the picture!呈现课件，回忆句型What is it? It’s a/an ….引出本课的单词

card、cake and noodles. 2.继续操练单词，用第六单元学过的重点句型We have …帮助学生记忆单词。

3.Today is Alice’s birthday, she has a big birthday cake. There are many candles on the birthday cake. How many candles on the birthday cake? One, two, three,…nine candles. 引出询问年龄的句型：How old are you ?回答I’m +数字。

Step 3 Consolidation

1.Read and answer: 1)How old is Alice? 2)What does Miss Fang give Alice? 3)What do Miss Fang and the other students do for Alice?

2.Read and say:

Here is a cake for you.

Here are some noodles for you. 回答：Thank you .I like it/them. Step 4 Summary
