Unit 4 Pets Lesson 1
一、教学内容P38-P40 二、教学目标
1.语言知识目标:
能掌握下列语言单词和短语:pet, duck, chicken, rabbit, snake, turtle, cat, dog, bird,
tail. 2.语言技能目标:能听说并认读本课的单词、词组。熟练运用句型:What pet do you have ? I have
a dog. What doe it look like? It's brown. It has a short tail .
3.教学策略目标:
通过歌谣、游戏教学,提高学生的学习兴趣和参与课堂活动的积极性,养成良好的学习习惯。
三、教学重点:本课的语言知识。
四、教学难点
1) 单词的准确发音,如chicken, tail等。
2) 新词的准确理解。
五、教学过程
Step1 Warming-up Greetings and free talk. T: Good morning, boys and girls.
Glad to meet you .
How are you ?
Step2 Lead-in (创设情境,导入新课)
T: My dear children, let’s listen to a chant. After you listen, please tell me what animals you can hear. Ready? (放录音Chant)
T: What can you hear?
T: OK! dog, frog ,cat ,mouse ,if we keep them in our home,they are our pets. (板题、领读) I like pets, do you like pets?
Step3Presention T: Look at the picture on p38. Who can you see?
What are they talking about? Listen and repeat。Read in roles. T: OK. Look! Let’s talk about our friends’ pets. Look,what pet does Lily have?教读rabbit,分音节,用自然拼音法。

T: 用同样方法学习其它词汇
Step4操练巩固词汇
1.跟读单词,听指单词
2.听一听,猜一猜
3.Let’s play.

Step5 Let’s write
Step6 Homework T: Today, we have learned many pets, they are frog、
cat、
fish、
dog、
mouse、
rabbit 、budgie and hamster. After class, you can draw your pet and colour it, then ask your partner about their pets.
