教材分析

4A M3U1的教学主题是In our school。本单元主要教学canteen, office, gym, computer lab四个场所名词、behind, in front of两个方位介词（词组）以及there be句型，而本课为第二课时，着重进行核心词汇的复习和核心句型的初步运用。

学生分析

四年级学生在以往的学习中已经接触过一些学校内的场所名词，但对于本课的核心词汇还是比较陌生的，对于there be句型也有初步涉及，但掌握得并不扎实。本班部分学生在英语学习上接触了许多课外知识，敢于大胆表现与交流，但也有少数学生由于家庭因素缺乏必要的指导与督促，因此学生之间在学习能力、知识上的差异都较大。 重点难点

重点：理解、拼读核心词汇及方位介词。

难点：初步感知There be句型，并模仿文本结构描述介绍学校场所。
